Phoenix couldn't believe it. It just seemed so bizzare.
"The guy was serious..." He uttered to himself, thinking about the pirate whom ahd invaded Dreamsword's bar a few nights ago.
"But it's weird...he's accusing him of false advertisement, not actualy refusing service." The whole situation made him feel uneasy. Whenever he had asked for evidence or information, Psyche locks were constantly revealed to him. He couldn't figure it out, since all info was set up accordingly.
"Well, the trial starts soon. Dreamsword verses Ymaggion. Heh."

Rua sat in one of the front rows, his head resting in his hand.
"I'd say I can't believe he'd do this," Rua groaned, "But this is Fitz we're talking about."

"So..." Phoenix said casually, turning around to face Rua.
"This Fitz character isn't all there, hm? He seems a bit...I dunno. Jack Sparrow-ish? And that can be taken either way."

"I think he was dropped on his head as a kid after birth," Rua said, "Repeatedly."
I'm sure as hell not mentioning the hat, he thought wryly.

"Actually, we'll be needing the hat for evidence." Phoenix said rather calmly, despite the fact that he had somehow just read Rua's mind. "It was brought up at the scene of the crime, so it needs to be kept in the court record. I can keep it behind my desk if you want, Rua."

"Damn," Rua swore, handing over the hat, "I want it back though. I can't be held accountable for stealing something from a pirate."

"Theft? Geez, Rua, your making it really hard for me." Phoenix said, mumbling beneath his breath, storing the hat away.
"The Proescuter today is supposed to be Edgeworth, so you can expect one helluva show today, to say the least."

"Edgeworth?" Rua said, "Isn't he that one prissy guy in the red coat?"

"Yeah, but he's one of the best Prosecuters out there. We're also close rivals." Phoenix stated, looking at the empty Prosecuter's bench.
(Morph will be playing Edgeworth...HE HATH BEEN DRAFTED)

"Also..." A deep voice spoke behind Rua suddenly. "The coat isn't prissy. You just don't have any sense of class." Edgeworth spoke. He walked around and went to his place in the Prosecuter's bench.

Phoenix shook his head away from Edgeworth as he looked towards the judge, who was just now entering.
"Hmm...." The man said, flipping through some papers that were handed to him from the baliff standing at his side.
"Very well." At the end of this sentence, the judge slammed his gavel three times onto his desk.
:COURT IS NOW IN SESSION!"
"Mr. Edgeworth, a brief summary of the case?"

"Never said your coat was prissy," Rua remarked, "Does this mean you admit to being prissy yourself?"

Edgeworth turned to Rua. "If you would like, we could go further into that in another trial, where I will sue you for everything you own, which I assume to be little anyways." He said in a suggestive tone.
He then turned to face the judge and stood up. "Your honor, a man, whom wishes to remain anonymous at this time, is suing a Mr. Dreamsword on accounts of false accusations at his bar, as shown in this poster that the defendant made. Please note the letters 'R', 'U', and, even moreso, the 'M' at the bottom. The man had assumed a drink known as "rum" would be available at the bar, but it was not. Although even I say it's a bit much for something I think to be quite trivial, this man is suing for false advertisement."

"Very well." The judge said, deep in thought. "We shall bring this Mr. Annonymous to the stand later. For now, let's hear the testimony of the first witness, a Mr. Rua...oh, the last name is smudged."

Rua sighed and shook his head, then got up and moved to the testimony stand, wondering how the swearing in would work.
