Ryo put his hands to the back of his head with a slight bit of annoyance."You know that was beyond my control at the time. In any case i'm not here on business."

Alasea looked back and forth between the paladin and her boyfriend, her confusion evident. "What're you two talking about?" she asked.
"Back before the glitch started happening, I was exploring the Fire Temple when I found Blazen. Only a glitch had made him lose his memory temporarily," Rua explained, crossing his arms slightly, "and Ryo here, back when he was with an order of paladins, had been ordered to find Blazen and kill him. Locke and I were able to defeat Ryo, and then Ryo helped us fend off the paladins who came after them, while we escaped back into the Fire Temple."
"Ooooh..."
"Anyways, its good to hear you're still on your own," Rua said to the paladin. "We could use some good help, though that armor of yours is gonna prevent you from using the easier passages in here."

Ryo stood still for a moment thinking. It was a very rare occurrence for him to fight without his armour or his usual weapon."It shouldn't be too big a problem. The boost in speed should make up for the defense loss. Also I happened to find a new weapon since that little incident. With any luck it wont be heavy enough to drag me underwater too far."

"We'll see," Rua said, unfolding his arms. "Mainly what I want is for you to help Alasea travel the dry paths when we have to split up because of water. My own armor can allow me to fight underwater effectively, but Alasea doesn't have such luxuries. And while she can take care of her self, I'd feel more at ease if she had someone to watch her back."
Alasea blushed lightly at the comment, but said nothing. She liked the concern that Rua showed for her, and knew ever since that fateful battle with Re-Tuul that someone to watch her back was definitely a plus. She would not be taken captive like that again.
"So, I'm gonna head back over the edge and see if we can break in through the side, instead of using the entrance. At least cut down the travel distance."
With that, Rua went back over to the ledge and grabbed the rope that was hanging over it. "Keep an eye out for trouble, you two," he said, vaulting over the edge.

"Very well then."As Rua made his way over the ledge Ryo laid himself down on the roof of the temple with a small yawn."Until he gets back I suppose we can relax."He laid there for a moment until the obvious struck him. He had nothing to carry his second sword. Removing his headband as well as his dragon sword from wherever he kept it he tied his headband around the sheathe and attached it to his waist before plopping back down onto the roof.

The boat sped at a good sixty miles an hour, slicing through waters with incredible force. It was a relatively small boat, just enough to carry the three passengers comfortably. Some people had been spotted at the Sea Temple had been the news in town, they were going to check it out. Perhaps there was some treasure that had been hidden in that temple that they could snag from the other group. One could only hope.
Scept glanced over the railing. Deep below the surface Cizos was silently speeding along in suit with the boat. They were getting close to something though. "Here we are at last, and look, they're there waiting for us," Scept said with a grin. Running back to the wheel he made a smart slide on the water and shut off the engine. The boat skimmed gracefully and gently bumped against the temple protruding from the water. Walking swiftly to the side he opened up a small door and placed the metal ramp they'd brought for Hybrid.
Scept led the company out onto the coastal land area near where the temple was based into, going up a half beaten trail until finally the top of the temple was in sight.
Quickly making his way onto the new plain, he walked across the uneven surface of the temple and frowned as he noticed who the two on the structure were. "Ryo and Alasea, hm? She break up with Rua for you, Ryo?" Scept asked with a smirk.

"Course not."Ryo replied as he pushed himself up."Now if I may ask...how did you get my name and why are you here?"He rested his hand over his weapon waiting for a reply. After all he wasn't exactly familiar with them.

Alasea stood up from the stone she had been sitting on, looking at the newcomers. Two of them she recognized, one she did not. The first one who caught her eyes was naturally the one in the massive battle suit. Was it a player, or some sort of robot who allied itself with the others? Her eyes wandered over to the second person, and she easily recognized him--it was only DreamSword. The one who ruined her chance at some extra money at the temple in the Rainforest, where one of the Seven Perfect Weapons had been found. But the third? She had never met him, but easily knew who he was, thanks to that unique, destroyed coat he wore--Scept, an infamous Beta Tester who, unlike everyone else, was still trapped in a game. What was he doing here?
The Daughter of Light frowned indignantly at Scept's suggestion, and rested one hand against the hilt of the Megami Tsurugi, glaring at Scept. If he didn't stop smirking, she was going to slap that smirk right off his face, and throw him off the edge of the Sea Temple.

Hybrid plauded alongside of Scept, keeping pace a step or two behind him. The stone beneath him held up despite the weight, satisfying him. He wouldn't fall through the floor anytime soon then. He had repaired the suit along the trip to the temple, and now stood towering a few feet over Scept. Better yet Hybrid was fully re-armed on weapons- massive chaingun in the right hand, rocket launcher in the left. Some time on the way there Scept had helped him get a new rocket launcher. The tips of both weapons were pointed toward the ground in front of him to not provoke any aggression. Overall, he was feeling pretty good.
"For the hell of it," Hybrid responded to Ryo, his voice masked deep and electrified thanks to the suit. Turning to Alasea, he quickly looked her up and down. "Please tell me that uniform is see-through when wet," Hybrid shouted over, addressing the woman.

Alasea gave the armored-wearing man a scandalized look, her cheeks tinted with red. Glaring furiously at him, she shouted, "Pervert!"

The moment Hybrid made his little comment Ryo started walking towards him with a look of anger."What the hell is wrong with you? Have you no decency?!" He stopped once he was within striking distance of the machine staring up at it trying to get a look at the pilot."I should drag you into the ocean for that..."

(This will be my final post for the night.)
Hybrid shrugged his massive shoulders to the womans comment, grinning in the suit. So far this wasn't too bad of a meeting, apart from the awkwardness. He also had seemed to be the star of the conversation so far. Hopefully Scept didn't bring him here just to hit on some girl. The man named Ryo started walking on over, and Hybrid's eyes followed the man from behind the tinted visor as he approached. That seemed a little light of a comment to start a fight, and he intended on stalling for as long as he could. Would they have to fight these people?
"Many people probably could drag me around, strength per se," Hybrid responded calmly," and as far as decency goes, it depends on the mood. Names Hybrid."
With the situation getting even more awkward, Hybrid shot a glance over to DreamSword and Scept.

DreamSword rubbed the back of his head with a dumb look on his face, eyes closed, wide grin. "Hey ya'll... how's it goin'?". He simply asked. He knew the other two, of course. First was Ryo, a fellow swordsman. He and Dream had fought a couple of times, but the battles never came to any conclusions. The next was Alasea, the tough girlfriend of Rua who once smashed an empty treasure chest on DS's' head.

Scept smirked as the playful banter ensued, finally getting a good glimpse of Hybrid's personality with the opposite sex. "Alright, buddy," Scept said to Hybrid in a cheerful mood, "I think that'll do." Changing the direction of his words to Ryo and Alasea, he spoke again. "We've heard there was something more to this temple than at first meets the eye. Something hidden. You wouldn't know anything about that, would you?" Scept had them outnumbered, and he knew it, he was ready to use his abilities with "gunboat" diplomacy to make things happen.

"All the Temples of Power hold secrets," Alasea said guardedly, looking towards Scept while busily composing a PM to her boyfriend. "All you need to do is go in and search. And bring enough supplies for when you get to the boss."
With the PM complete, Alasea sent the message.
Honey, we've got company up here, and it doesn't look friendly. And one of them is a Beta Tester... its Scept. Please, hurry it up down there!
Alasea~
Amidst the crash of the waves against the rock cliff and stone walls of the Sea Temple, and the sounds of the voices up on its rooftop, no one could hear Rua's calculated strikes using Godhand. Fractures had spread across the wall like a spiderweb, but he hadn't been able to break through--yet. One more good strike would do it. He reared his flame-encased hand back...
And flinched as he heard a resounding ding echo inside his head. He sighed and lowered his hand, checking the inbox. He read the message once briefly, then zeroed in on Scept's name. Great, he thought sourly, Time to head up.
