The only real way to describe the setting was blue. Streaming sunlight glinted off of the cerulean waters off of Valtheran, the sea peaceful, for now. Few clouds were in the sky, and overhead, the cry of a gull pierced the silence. Out in the distance, the silhouettes of islands, merely tiny black specks, could be seen. And upon the edge of the Sea Temple's seaside roof, two figures could be seen, one pacing alongside its edge, one hanging over it using a rope harness.
Alasea finally peered over the edge of the Sea Temple and looked down at her boyfriend, who was holding the rope tightly as he looked about the fractured structure. His right hand hung loosely by his side, but as usual, he looked like he was ready to strike something. "Are you sure its in here?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. Rua looked up at her and raised one eyebrow of his own, replying with, "It has to be. We already checked all of the other un-obvious temples, except for the Temple of Light. Which we can't get into."
"But why here? Why would it be hidden in a half-submerged ruin like this?" Alasea inquired, sitting down and letting her legs hang over the edge. This time, she was wearing her old Beta Test outfit, as her armor would be rather useless here, thanks to all the water. "I mean, wouldn't it make more sense for it to be in some place OTHER than the Temples of Power?"
"It would, but everyone would think that first," Rua said, looking back down at the wall. Pushing off, he moved himself over to the side, looking at another bit of cracked wall. "But, this is a fitting place for it to be hidden, wouldn't you say?"
"Yeah, I guess you're right," his girlfriend replied, "I'm just surprised they're still in the game. I mean, if they are... wouldn't that mean that he's here too?"
"More than likely. And I get the feeling that we'll need his help again if things go further south."
