Edgeworth stood up from his seat, coughing slightly. "Permission to ask the defendant some questions?" He asked the judge.

"Permission granted." The judge said, rather valmly. Apparently h had been....sleeping throughout the trial.

Edgeworth nodded his head. "Thank you, Your Honour." He said, before turning his gaze to DreamSword.
"Mr. DreamSword, is it true that you own a bar in the city named Minervum, on 17 Dionysus Street, to be exact?" He asked the defendant,

"Yeah. I believe it was on that street, anyway.", DS responded.

"OBJECTION!" Phoenix declared, pointing in his usual manner at Edgeworth.
"This question is irrelevant! I ask that it be struck from the court record!"

Edgeworth looked at Phoenix. I have something against you, too, but you never saw me objecting against your existence to God, have you? He thought, really wanting to say that, and he would have, weren't it for the judge and the angels.
"Object all you want, Phoenix." He said to the blue-clad attorney. "Just let me finish my questions."
He turned back to DreamSword. "And is it true that you have advertised your bar, be it through means of posters or mouth-to-mouth information?"

"No actually, my customers came just after I opened it. So there was really no need.", DS said to Edgeworth.

"Then please do explain this." Edgeworth said as he pulled out a poster from underneath the bench and showed it to everyone. In large blue letters it said DreamSword's bar, NOW OPEN!, and in the lower right corner stood a small list of names of various beverages, including rum.

DS went over and swiped the sign from Edgeworth. "A couple problems here, Edgey.", DreamSword said as he walked back to the stand. "First off, I didn't make any signs besides the one where I was looking for a co-owner. So therefor someone else must've made this. Secondly, rum is only USED in some of the drinks I make, not a seperate beverage. Therefor, I did not advertise, someone else did without my knowing."

Edgeworth lifted a brow. "That..." He pointed at the bottom of the poster where a kind of sign stood in the lower left corner. "...is YOUR signature. That can be seen by comparing it to the one on your license, and I happen to have been given a copy by the administrators of Ymaggion. It is clearly the same, every single curve, every single line. Besides..." Edgeworth spoke, leaning a bit forward. "This poster hung in front of your establishment."

"Then someone must really know how to do my signature well. Cause I know I didn't make it. So either Mr. Fitz has done his research, this place is setting me up, or someone else is trying to. Besides, NO sign has ever been infront of my bar except the co-owner one. That I know of, anyway.", DS replied.

"I'd rather say that you are just another case of Alzheimer, weren't it for the fact that you haven't even reached adulthood." Edgeworth spoke.

"Don't even know what that means.", DreamSword said.

Edgeworth quirked a brow at DreamSword's reply. Hope that's good. He thought. "It doesn't matter if you know," He replied, "however, that brings us to a second thing: you are underage, 13 years old to be precise, and in no country is the legal drinking age that low. As such, your bar may not even be allowed to exist."
