Rua looked out across the pavilion in front of the Grand Library with a bored look as he leaned against the wall of the immense structure, near the ladies' safe zone. His arms were folded as he waited for Alasea to come out, his ragged cloak stowed away in his inventory. Gone was the Dragon King Armor, and Rua was clad in his normal outfit, allowing him a sense of normalcy while roaming about the streets of Minervum. It had been no more than an hour and a half since the two of them had left the Core via the town portal system, and an hour since the two of them had received a global announcement declaring the regional quarantine of the entire wasteland area beyond Kouchi's Great Wall. The entire system had lagged for a moment just afterwards, as all of the players in the region were forcibly removed, taken back to the Great Wall itself. Rua wasn't too concerned about it as he looked out over the milling players and NPCs; he had a pretty good idea why the region was quarantined. After all, with Tsindary on the loose, he couldn't blame the Staff for restricting the region to all players. The thought of the giant metallic monstrosity caused him to momentarily touch his shoulder, the one that had become dislocated from that decidedly botched attack run he made at Tsindary.
There was a sound of a door opening, and Rua looked to the side at the entrance to the ladies' safe zone, just as Alasea walked out with a refreshed smile on her face. Now she was clad in the usual black attire that she had worn during the Beta Test, the red tubetop, black skirt and jacket, the torn stockings and black boots. She stretched her arms as she approached her boyfriend. "It feels so good to get out of that suit," she said, referring to the heat-suit she had been forced to wear while out in the lands beyond the Great Wall. At this, Rua smirked, causing her to frown in an instant.
"But it looked so good on you," he teased, standing up from the wall. The girl raised an eyebrow at him while folding her arms underneath her breasts; a stance Rua instantly recognized as a warning.
"So, ready to head in?" he asked, changing the subject. Alasea nodded and unfolded her arms, stepping up beside him as he moved to walk around the corner of the building, so they could enter the Grand Library. Pushing open the large doors, Rua lead his girlfriend into the air-conditioned interior. In the back, rows upon rows of bookshelves towered above, reaching up across three floors. Many scholarly types roamed about among the multilayered aisles, browsing through a truly colossal selection. The two of them quickly checked in at the front counter, registering with the staff so that they could be allowed access into the repository of knowledge. Once signing in was complete, the Angel standing guard waved them through, and the couple made their way to one of many glowing spheres held aloft at the end of a bookshelf's base.
"So, what do we do now?" Alasea asked, looking aside at her boyfriend.
He kept his eyes on the search sphere, but answered her quickly. "Well, its not like we need to know anything about the Secret," he stated, "We already know everything there is to know about it. What we need is references about it, so we can make a list of possible locations each component may be hidden at."
"So you think you'll be able to find that book again here?" Alasea questioned, stopping in front of the sphere as Rua pressed his hand against its smooth, cold surface. He nodded. She continued speaking. "At least this time you won't need to cover the evidence up by burning it."
"Yeah," Rua replied, entering the data mentally, putting in various terms into the search engine and configuring the guidelines of the search. "But we need to be quick. I'm sure Cortana recognized the book and can bring up the actual data on it. If she figures out what I saw in there, they'll be on to us."
"You're right about that, but you do realize you only brought it on yourself, right?"
"I know. But its necessary. I made a promise, and I won't break it. They don't need to know about... that."
Alasea nodded once. She remembered it all too well. The search was completed within a few moments, and a pristine scroll materialized in the air. The Daughter of Light quickly snatched it out of the air and unrolled it, listing a number of books, their floor, aisle, and section locations, and the number of possible references of the search criteria within each one.
"Okay, let's go," she said, looking up at Rua and flashing him a winning smile. "Let's go get lost."
Rua nodded back and return the smile to a degree as the girl took his hand and pulled him along to the first of many books, soon disappearing among the milling NPCs and players within the Grand Library of Minervum.

Two figures stood by one another in front of the massive library that held infinite amounts of knowledge. The larger could have passed for a lowlife in the streets of Japan in the real world with his ragged clothing and rough build. The other figure, nearly a foot shorter, held a more refined and modern look with zippers and pockets and what half a century before would have been a large amount of skin showing. Despite the crowded atmosphere directly in front of the Grand Library, a peacefulness seemed to radiate from the structure giving a more quiet air to the movements and chatter that filled the space.
Less than ten minutes ago the couple had emerged from a portal into Minervum, tracking a signal that had popped up at the Grand Library. Kero and Tora had been given express instructions to find two others for simple questioning purposes and return them to the Core. Minutes ago one of these individuals had given the login command to gain entrance to the vast stores of data the library held.
Tora had unwillingly allowed himself to be coerced into relieving himself of weaponry as he entered a more peaceful region of the game. "The order was only to return them to the Core for questioning," Kero reminded her husband yet again as she noticed his clenched fists. "No need to escalate to violence or even appear violent when there is no need." She placed a reassuring arm around his waist and began to walk.
Tora exhaled as his wife reminded him the peaceful yet important basis of the order and began to walk with as she moved forward toward the library. "I wish they'd given us more of a reason, if not for us than for the two we've been asked to retrieve. After all, doesn't 'being called to the Core for questioning' sound at least a little ominous or overdramatic? I'd hate a scene to be made simply because they could think they're being called in for something entirely different than the real purpose for the order," Tora said in a low but soft voice as he remembered all too well some of the American drama he had watched before.
A soft laugh from Kero was quickly snatched away by the ever thickening crowd outside the library, "I'm sure it'll be fine. They seem like nice enough people by the looks of them." The pair passed through the noble arches that framed the massive door to the library.

They started with the first floor and slowly made their way up as they collected the books and copied documents regarding their search. Rua found the process to be annoyingly long and tedious, as the Grand Library was massive in scale, and the books they sought were few and far between in the expansive aisles. Nevertheless, he would not--could not--give up the search. Only two books were on the first floor, both high up on the shelves, forcing Rua to acquire a ladder from one end of the Library. Clambering up the ladder, he found the book, a red-covered tomb discussing dragons found in both Genesis and Ymaggion. Slipping it under his arm, he moved back towards Alasea, who held another book, dark brown in color and displaying the game symbol for the Genesis beta test; it seemed to be a recounting of the Epsilon Project's history. "Let's head up to the second floor," she said as she stopped in front of him, motioning to some stairs.
"So how many more books are on that list?" Rua asked, taking the book from her as they made their way to the stairwell. She unrolled the scroll and examined its contents.
"Um... six more books, and five documents," she said after a moment, "And at least one memory sphere. Four of the books and one of the documents are on the second floor, while the remaining two books and three of the documents are on the third floor shelves. The sphere and the document relating to it are in another room on the third floor."
"A memory sphere, huh?" Rua said, turning about along the corkscrewing stairwell. The movement, combined with the angle, blocked their sight of two people entering the building, one looking rough while the other looked cultured. "I'm pretty sure I already know what's on it."
Alasea giggled. "Probably. Your accomplishments with it were rather remarkable."
Rua looked forward, thinking back to that time. The Secret had certainly saved his life back during the fight with Sheena, and many other situations as he wielded the power of the unreal--the Crystalis--against the increasingly powerful divine opponents that plagued them during that vicious war. "Yeah, I suppose you're right."
"Of course I am!"
Now on the second floor, Rua and Alasea quickly located the third book on a low shelf towards the back left side of the building, this one being a book in the same series that the one Rua burned in the castle, one with the same familiar symbol on its spine, the same blue cover. Was a different volume, though, meaning Cortana had been right about it. He looked around, but didn't see any of the other volumes. This one looked like it had been misplaced. "I think I know what the rest of the other books are," he said, holding the book up to Alasea.
"Just don't burn this one this time, dear," Alasea said, lifting an eyebrow at him in amusement. Rua shot her a dirty look. She ignored it and continued. "Anyway, the next books are on a higher shelf. Go get the ladder."
"Right, right," he responded as he moved off towards the end of the aisle, where the ladder was. He moved it over to the aisle Alasea directed him to and clambered up it. "Are you gonna make me climb up the ladder every time?" he asked as he moved towards the particular shelf.
"Well, yeah," she said, putting her hands on her hips while looking up at him. "I'm not giving you a chance to look up my skirt."
Rua snorted. "Its nothing I haven't seen before." He suddenly had to clutch the ladder tightly as Alasea kicked it, causing to shake violently. He glared down at the girl, who merely gave him a flat look, as if challenging him, despite the red tint her cheeks. He rolled his eyes and finished the trip, finding three more books of the same series, one in the middle leaning due to a gap. All bore the same color and symbol, and Rua quickly grabbed them and clambered down the ladder. Alasea was returning with a laminated paper in hand, having acquired the document from a separate shelf. "Time for the next floor?" she asked, looking up at her boyfriend and the stack of books, which he put into a bag he had taken earlier. He nodded in response, and the two of them made their way up towards the third floor.
"I'll go get the memory sphere and the documents," Alasea said, splitting off as they reached the top floor. "Don't take too long getting the other books."
"I'll be back before you," retorted her boyfriend, who walked off towards one of the middle-right aisles to find the remaining books. Noting that the books he wanted were again on an upper shelf, he sighed and made his way towards one of the ladders. The first book he found on that floor was something concerning unknown artifacts in both games, things that apparently shouldn't be in the game but were. The second one... well, he decided Alasea could figure out what in the world it was talking about. Written in the game's universal script, which translated itself to the user's native language, but it was a lot of technical crap he couldn't make sense of. Nevertheless, he put the tome into the bag with the rest of them.
He made his way over to the memory sphere admission desk, where Alasea was filling out a form. The attendant took the paper and handed her another paper, along with a glowing white-green sphere that shone with light. She thanked the attendant as she accepted both of them, then made her way over to Rua. "Got everything?" he asked. She nodded.
"You?"
"Yeah, everything's ready," he said, lifting up the bag for a moment. "Let's go grab a viewstation and see what we can find."
"Okay," she said, slipping the documents into the bag before grabbing him by the hand and dragging him off to the largest unoccupied viewstation.

The footfalls of the two sentinels were not alone in the bustling crowd around and in the Grand Library. Tora led the way through the throng, courteously pushing obstructions aside. Soon he had made his way to the main desk for login into the massive database. Kero walked up the right side of a line, and Tora took the left. Reaching the front, the rough young Asian pulled aside the player who was at the counter and muttered, “Sorry, sir. Official Ymaggion business, we’ll only be a moment.”
Meanwhile Kero had already confronted the angel at the counter. “Sorry to be a disturbance in a peaceful place,” she said placing her hands on the counter and hoisting her body up slightly, so she could relatively meet the eyes of the Angel. “However, we’re here under direct request from the Nintendo Administrator herself, Samus Aran, to find two individuals who by our records are currently hosting themselves in this library, and we’re to bring them in for a few questions.” The Angel nodded in acknowledgement, and Kero continued, “They’ve done nothing wrong, or at least we haven’t been told of it, so we’re just trying to find them and make this as peaceful as possible. Do you have a log from maybe checkout or a search of some sort by either a use registered by Rua Dragonheart or Alasea Dagenais?”
“One moment please, ma’am,” the Angel said politely and entered in a score of well placed keystrokes followed by a click and a whir. A moment later the Angel held a small data crystal. “A search was made by a Rua Dragonheart not fifteen minutes ago. I’ve attached that list to the data crystal, one squeeze will active it.”
“Right,” Kero said, releasing an anxious breath she had held subconsciously. “Thanks for your help. Oh and, incase someone wants you to check up on if we were legitimate sentinels…” Kero lowered herself from the tense and high position to reach inside a random pocket. Unzipping it from her vest she slid a disposable confirmation card across the counter while the data crystal disappeared from a quick motion by Tora.
The Angel looked slightly embarrassed by his forgetfulness of asking for confirmation from the start but merely said, “It’s what we’re here for.”
The library was indeed a respite from the outer world. It was one of the few places that actually could maintain a quiet atmosphere despite the enormous amounts of players. A little ways away from the counter Tora took a turn putting the duo by a wall. The hand of the man made a gentle squeeze on the object and proceeded to hold on his palm, which he raised to be horizontal. A small hologram flickered into life about Tora’s palm. Quickly unrolling, a transparent scroll spun slowly in the air with several titles neatly etched into the parchment.
“Mm…” Tora breathed as his eyes scanned the list. “Dragons, weapons, dragons, weapons, more dragons, and more weapons is what I see. Maybe we should be worried about these two, Kero.”
“Oh stop it,” she muttered. “The worst that could possibly happen is we get taken down and respawn. Then the staff would know the real situation, and we would have made some progress even with that. It’s a fairly large list though; how do you want to tackle this? Should we try to cut them off? Or go to each one at a time?”
A moment of silence reigned over the two before Tora spoke, “Let’s go one by one.”
“Do you think we’ll catch up to them or something?” Kero asked without any sort of joke or sarcasm in her voice.
“We could,” Tora replied thoughtfully. “After all, almost all of these books are on a top shelf. That could slow them down enough.”
Kero glanced again at the list and gave a small chuckle at the observation, “That they are. Let’s get a move on though, but still, no hurry. I’m sure our Angel buddies will alert us if they leave or we could catch them leaving.” A few minutes later Tora and Kero stood at the point the final object on the list had been, a memory sphere. “Oh well,” Kero muttered. “There was no point in risking not be thorough.” Walking up to the counter where the sheets were held for signing out a memory sphere. “Excuse me ma’am,” Kero said to the attendant, “but did you recently receive a sign out form for a memory sphere by one Rua Dragonheart or an Alasea Dagenais?”
The attendant paused a moment and pursed her lips as she quickly thought, “Yes. Yes I did, is there something that concerns you and the business of a library user?”
Kero nodded and produce an ID, “Official Ymaggion business. We’ve been asked to procure two individuals who apparently just removed a memory sphere from here. Can you tell me where they’ve gone?”
The attendant peered leaned forward as if to check the clearly recognizable ID for authentication. “The two left in the direction of the viewstations, but I cannot say for certain which one they’re currently in. The stations are to the right if you haven’t used them before.”
“Thanks for your help,” Kero said happily as she pocketed the ID and headed in the direction the attendant had stated.

As the two of them sat down at the table in the viewstation, Rua slipped the books out of the bag and spread them across the table, with the blue volumes stacked on top of one another. Alasea took the memory sphere on placed it into the slot beneath the viewstations screen on the wall. The greenish-white orb shone briefly as it was activated, and began to play on the oval-shaped viewscreen. Rua's suspicions were confirmed as it began displaying various battles he had participated in, using the Secret of the Dragon Tribe as his weapon; only this video had been modified to act as a study for others, breaking down attacks and functions for understanding. Rua smirked slightly; he wondered if the secrets of the Ao-Gem would ever be revealed. Not even he completely understood the properties of those mysterious gemstones created of the Omega Essence.
As it played, Rua and Alasea turned to the books and divided them between each other. "Here," Rua said, handing the complicated book over to his girlfriend, "I don't really understand what this thing is saying. Think you can figure it out?"
"I can try," she said as she accepted the tome, flipping it open and beginning to read. As she delved into the book, Rua began reading another tome, the one involving dragon studies. Sure enough, the table of contents listed an entire chapter devoted to draconic inventions, including the Binding Ritual and the creation of advanced machinery. The Secret was certainly to be listed in there. He quickly flipped to the chapter in question and began to read. After a few moments, however, he was interrupted as Alasea placed her book down.
"Okay, I think I understand it now. Its a book about energy. It lists the more complicated, dangerous energies in the game, including Phazon and Crystalis. Pretty in-depth on each, but its very scientific," she explained, looking up at her boyfriend. "Its really beyond both of us, but since you're kinda bad at science and I'm not, I was able to figure it out."
Rua nodded. "Okay then. Looks like that's pretty useless to us then."
"Yep," she said, moving the book away and taking up another. Back and forth they poured over the books and documents, teasing out the hints and secrets of their desired goal. Rua began making a list of possible locations for each of the components, but some of them he didn't like. It'd be dangerous to head into some of the regions, including Traicen's facilities, and the Temples of Power. Those places tended to be extremely dangerous, not to be attempted without a group backing, thanks to their strong inhabitants and the dangerous boss creatures lurking in the depths. Rua distinctly remembered the vicious battle against the Fire Temple's Magma Dragon, and how Ryo had to use a suicidal finishing move to end it.
Putting another book down, Rua looked at the volumes they had been avoiding. On the screen, the fateful final battle against Rua's nemesis, the Khaglessi Patriarch known as Re-Tuul, played out in the City of White Metal, as he and Re-Tuul's struggle was virtually dissected to study another property of the Ao-Gem. "Want to get started on these?" he asked. Alasea nodded, and took the first book. Rua stood up and moved over to her seat, looking over her shoulder as she opened it up and began to read.
"Jesus," he breathed, looking at the contents. "All of these are about the unique artifacts?"

Kero and Tora walked at a steady pace making no effort to hurry the relatively short walk up. The silence and air conditioning in the Grand Library was indeed a refreshing thing, enveloping all in it with a cool remedial wave. Soon, however, Kero and Tora neared the entrance to where the viewstations were located.
“Looks like to get to a viewstation we’ll have to take an elevator to them,” Kero muttered and slowly walked into a cylindrical elevator and before Tora could enter, Kero spoke again, “hold the elevator door, hon. This could be a bit of a problem.”
“What is it?” Tora said concernedly as he stuck a food in front of the door and pushed his head into the elevator. The sentinel found himself looking at a wall full of buttons, several darkened. “Looks like we won’t be able to see which one they’re in specifically. I hate technology…”
“There’s a lot of rooms too,” Kero said slightly bothered, “even if we could look at who was in them it could take a little while to find them. Unless we can see the last few that were used… Wait right here, Tora. Don’t let anyone use these stations for now.”
Tora’s mouth opened slightly as if to say something against the idea, but Kero’s superb agility allowed her to be out and gone before words could be even thought of. Two or three minutes passed, and Tora only had to turn down one couple who looked like they wanted to use the viewstation for something else entirely. “Kids,” muttered Tora as he sent them scampering away.
Finally after about five minutes total Kero returned looking quite pleased with herself. “They’re in number 259,” she said cheerfully as she slipped past Tora once more and revealed a key card. The slot for it was quickly located and upon sliding it in, all the lights lit up behind the buttons. Her small tanned finger gently gave pressure to the button she needed, and she watched the elevator doors slide behind herself and her husband who had joined her in the relatively large elevator.
A few moments later the door opened once more into the viewstation where Rua and Alasea sat with multiple books. Tora walked out of the elevator first providing a cover for Kero, but his wife gently pushed past him. "Mr. Dragonheart, Miss Dagenais, I believe you are needed elsewhere," she said in a friendly but strong voice.

"Nyaggh!"
Rua spun around, surprised by the sudden intrusion of their viewstation. Alasea also turned in her seat, startlement written across her face. Who were these people, and why were they talking to them?
Rua eyed them both wearily, especially the large man hanging back near the doorway. He looked to be unarmed, though that didn't mean much in Ymaggion, some of the greatest players used no weapon at all. It wasn't helping that he didn't look too thrilled to be there, either. He was either as suspicious of him as Rua was of the newcomers. Alasea sat up in her chair slightly, demanding in a rather calm voice, "What's the meaning of this?"

Tora's muscles tensed as the yelp of dismay flew through the relatively small room. The room could either be the best possible place to have an encounter with someone, or the worst. He now vehemently wished that the staff would have given him more information. You could never truly know with people. For all he knew, these two could very well have known they'd be followed and had led them to this room so that things could be concealed.
Kero, however, seemed unmoved. If anything, Tora seemed to sense an air of pleasure eminating from his wife as the shock appeared quite visibly. She spoke with a voice clean of both fear and condescendance. "My partner and I apologize for the intrusion... However, the staff of Ymaggion has called for us to find and retrieve the two of you. I'm afraid neither of us can tell you why; not because we're forbidden from it, but simply because we do not know. We are unarmed and wish no trouble from you, but this is the task we have been issued, and you as a privileged user of this game are required to adhere to a calling given by the staff."

Rua's expression suddenly fell flat as the woman explained their presence. The Staff. Of course it'd be the Staff. Unfortunately, he doubted it was the usual reason--information about his past adventure and the anomalies--but that didn't make him feel any more comfortable. He wasn't on good terms with the Staff, after all. He sat back against the edge of the table, sighing once. Alasea smiled ruefully at him and patted his leather-clad hand for a moment before turning around. Rua pressed a button on a remote, freezing the memory sphere's contents on the screen. Granted, he didn't pause it at an ideal time; the image depicted a white-clad metallic titan smashing a clawed foot down on the head of a gargantuan black demon, smashing apart horns and visibly detaching its lower jaw from its skull, the head partially torn off from the impact as most of the spine, now visible, was shattered upon the impact.
"How urgent is it?" she asked, motioning to the gathered materials on the table. "We're kind of busy here at the moment, and the Library won't hold on to any of this for us if we leave on a trip back to the Core."
"Especially with how long we'll likely be staying there," Rua interjected, frowning visibly. "You two might not have any idea why they want us there, but we have a pretty decent idea as to what they want out of us."

Tora's eyes narrowed at the stopping place of the video. Silently he wished he had brought his Katanas with him. Kero, however, seemed unmoved once more, and with Alasea's non-hostile reply, Kero's face brightened slightly. Before she could reply though, Rua broke in as well. A friendly smile now lit Kero's face as she replied reassuringly, "This room can be locked from access by the staff if needed, keeping whatever you have here exactly the same. The urgency though, I would assume is strong enough. We recieved the assignment from Cortana, an AI for the staff. Cortana had requested that the two of you be brought to the Core as soon as possible. We were given no instruction of whether to bring you to them forcefully or pleasantly, so my partner and I decided that the latter of the two options would be for the best if at all possible." Kero shot a glance back at Tora who's fists were subconsciously clenched once more as his eyes remained on the now stilled image from the memory sphere. The scowl on the sentinel's face made it apparent he was second guessing the choice of no weaponry.
Kero's attention quickly returned to Alasea and Rua, "Everything that can make this as convenient for you as possible will be done, except for not coming at all I suppose. However, this does come from the top, and it would be preferable if you would answer the hail without incedent."

Alasea hesitated at the offer for a brief moment, going over the pros and cons of the moment. Sure, the Staff could lock it, but...
"... that would give the Staff a chance to go through our private affairs," Rua said, completing Alasea's thought and caused her to look at him surprise. He had his arms folded across his chest, looking at the two without expression. "Sorry if you don't like that, but we want our affairs to stay private."
"Rua," Alasea said in warning, causing him to look at her for a moment. However, he only held up his hand to stall her.
"Instead of locking the place down," he continued, lowering his hand, "Find some loophole that allows to check this stuff out for a while. Then I'll be willing to return to the Core."

Kero's friendly smile seemed to become less vivid with the demand coming from Rua, but she opened her mouth to reply with a consent. Tora, however, stepped in. Taking a quick so as to be closer to Rua and Alasea than his wife, he straightened has back and widened his shoulders, much larger than Alasea and still a few inches above Rua. "That's not going to happen, Dragonheart. It is not within your boundaries to request that the staff bend your personal needs. It is a privilege enough to be in this game. They hold it together, and we are guests to them. Should any business arise that they are interested in, it is their business as well if they wish it to be. You are not my enemy, and I do not think I am yours at this time. However, status is indeed above your own, and as a member of the system you are required to bend to the staff's needs." There was a slight break in the conversation, and Kero wondered if Tora was referring to his himself as being above Rua in position or just in physical proportions.
Tora, howeved, continued, "We've come here not wishing to tamper with your business. We've come here wishing this to go as peacefully as possible. However, one word... one word and this entire place could be swarmed with angels, and these things you've been looking into could very well be confiscated beyond your reach. I hate to sound like asshole or a mob person forcing you into two unwanted choices, but the facts still stand, and my partner and I are just the unfortunate messengers trying to make it easier for you."

Rua's face was darkening with every other word Tora said, and Alasea's alarm grew increasingly as it went on. At this rate, there was going to be a conflict, and that never ended well whenever it was Rua up against members of the Staff. She quickly fired off a warning PM to Rua, but if he read it, he wasn't responding, if his grim look was any indication. She crossed her fingers, in a desperate hope that Rua wasn't going to make a scene.
"Tch."
Alasea looked up in surprise. "Fine then," Rua said, his voice flat. "Get moving, then, you're blocking the way out."
Alasea almost cringed. This was going badly, and quickly rolling downhill. She hated it when he got into these kinds of moods.

The large asian man's eyes narrowed in distaste at Rua's submissive tone that held irritation to a new level. However, his only response was a nod of relative approval. He silently moved into the elevator, and Kero followed in behind Alasea and Rua. Silence ensconced the newly formed party as the elevator doors slid shut behind them, and the transportation began to move slowly upward.
The seconds passed, and the tension in the air grew even stronger as the dislike between the men seemed to eminante almost palably between the two. Finally Kero sighed and composed a PM to Alasea.
This is ridiculous. Look, I sincerely dislike having to do this to you guys, especially since you just left the Core, but unfortunately my hands are tied. You have my word though, the materials in the library will not be touched... When this is over though... I'd like to get to know you better. I've read of some of things you were involved with in the Beta test and quite honestly I'm impressed. I want to try and heal some of the enmity between you guys and the staff so send me a PM when you can, and perhaps we can perform the typical American ritual of "Going out for coffee" If not, then I suppose you have my apologies for this situation, and I'll do my best to make this roll over well.
~Kero~
Not a half a second later though, her PM box chimed with the noise of a new message. She read it quickly, and her heart skipped a beat. Swallowing hard, she gave a quick glance to Tora and gave a quick shake of the head while mouthing the word, "Outside."
OOC: Yeah I took a bit of initiative here, let's wrap up quickly though and PM me if I went too far here as my MSN is half broken.

Rua waited in the elevator as it descended while leaning against the wall, his stare burning a hole in Tora's back. His arms were crossed, likely to keep himself from doing something decidedly stupid. Alasea nearly sighed. She hoped he'd get himself back under control before something bad happens. Her PM inbox chimed, alerting her to the fact that Kero had sent her a personal message. She quickly read it, then replied.
I wish it were possible. The Staff only distrusts me when it comes to Rua, as he's the one they don't trust. I'll try to help, but I don't know how much good will come out of it.
~Alasea Dagenais
Rua arched an eyebrow when he noticed Kero's small movements, noting her mouthed message--due to the angle, he couldn't read it properly, but he did know it was only a single word. Something itched in the back of his mind, and he grew slightly suspicious. What just happened? He filed it away for later as the four of them exited into the main foyer, moving towards the entrance of the Library.
