Dante threw around Ceberus as he warmed up for his next match, despite the fact the weapon was icebased. He swung it every which way, the ends sometimes extending to hit far off targets. Then once he swung it behind him he threw it forward. Ceberus extended and hit the ground and a line of sharp ice pikes came before him. He then tossed the weapon in the air, caught it and threw it to the ground, allowing the same spikes shoot up all around him.
Dante then placed the weapon behind him in its holder on his belt. Because of his constant fighitng, Dante abondoned the coat of his to now be bear on his torso, save the pink pendant his mother gave him. He then tapped his two pistols, check. He then found a shot gun down by his thigh in a medium sized holster, check. He tapped his fore arms and lower legs, feeling the glowing gauntlets and boots, Beowolf...check. He was ready for the next round.
Dante then took off the pendent around his neck and placed it on a hook by the wall near the gate. The gates then opened and he turned, his silver hair waving as he did. The time was now for a new challenge, another fight....more fun. Dante took the first steps into the area, his boots and gauntlets, shining even brighter as he went. He then reached down and took out the shot gun, holding it easily in one hand as it was hardly any larger than one of his oversized pistols. Devil energy then began to gather around it, a red aura came forther along with black electricity circleing around the barrel. All that was missing now...was the target.

Locke went through his pre-duel meditation, his warm-up following soon after. His shiny armor glowed dully in the sparce lamplight as he moved with ease from stance to stance, his lance flying through the air as he manipulated it with skill.
When the doors opened he straightened and turned to it, walking slowly into the sunlight. When the sunlight hit his armor he gleamed much as a mirror would, only in every direction. He blinked a couple of times before making a thin energy barrier, dulling the shine to a very subtle glare.
"Are you ready?" he called out, seeing his opponent standing with what looked a shotgun, though different. He hoped the man could hear him over the roar of the crowd, which was growing with every second of anticipation.

Dante nodded, his smirk growing. His weapons that lay on his arms and legs gleemed brightly as he felt himself tense. The shotgun had been done charging for some time now and the moment had come to fight. He dug his heels into the sand, turning it this way and that. The hand that held the shotgun bent infront his chest, the barrel by his face.
Then, like lightning, he suddenly ran forward. He then pulled the weapon down and had it aimed at Locke. The gun and arm that held it was tight against his chest. Then he began to swerve to the left and would stop about a meter away from Locke. He would then leap, almost like he would be hovering, and stop just infront of him and thrust his charged weapon out, pulling the trigger. A large spread of bullets with the devil energy would shoot out. Dante would then jerk the gun down, the barrels popping off and two shells shooting out. He would then jerk it back up and the gun would be ready once more.

Locke saw the figure dart and moved into a defensive stance, waiting for the man to draw close. As he did Locke quickly unfurled his wings and shot to the side, seeing the man hovering in the air with a shotgun pointed to his face suprised him for a moment. Luckily he darted away before the man could pull the trigger, blasting his shiny armor to bits. Likely himself included.
He summoned two orbs of non-elemental energy and threw them, one after the other at the man. Then, bringing his lance down in front of him, he moved quickly toward the man, the gleaming lancehead bobbing lightly.

As the shot gun reloaded, Dante jumped into the air to avoid the energy. He then spun the weapon on his finger before replaceing it back in its holster. He then brought up his legs, one pointing at Locke. Both boots gleemed as he would then shoot at Locke and would kick him strongly. Dante would easily be able to knock Locke to the ground if hit. He would then draw out Ceberus and turn his body to the side and spin having the numbchucks slam all three ends on Locke. Dante would land to the side as he kept Ceberus ready.

Locke dodged to the side, avoiding the shotgun blasts but was kicked by Dante. He was sent flying but quickly recovered, firing an energy beam at the man, quickly following by a flurry of thrusts from his lance.

Dante was hit by the beam of energy, slidding back on the ground, on his back. Ceberus fell to the side, sprawled. Dante then kicked his legs up and spun them, his boots acting as a sheild. If Locke was close enough, Dante would block the lance strikes as he got himself up. He would then backpeddle as the lance would continue then at one point use the right gauntlet to hit its side to the knock it to the side, but not out of Locke's hands. Dante would then close in and hit strongly at Locke's chest with his right fist, then Locke's stomach with his left. He would then spin quickly, lifting his left leg and begin to kick Locke quickly. Then Dante would slam his foot on the ground and throw his torso forward so his fists would begin thier volley of hits. He would then end the combo with a strong punch to the chest, making a small explotion of light energy.

Locke continued his lance assualt, though Dante blocked it with suprising skill. When Dante knocked the lance away he was almost expecting it, so he blocked the first strike but was hit in the stomach by the second strike. He continued using his lance as a quarterstaff, blocking most of the kicks and shrugging those off that connected. When Dante switched his tactics, he continued using his lance, though with less effect due to the proximity. With Dante's final strike Locke was sent flying, but landed lightly, if a bit sore, using his wings to avoid being layed flat.
Locke suddenly cocked his wings forward, sending them flying back as he was sent careening forward, lifting into the air moments before colliding with Dante as he swung his lance up in a tight arc. He would then follow with a quick flurry of stabs before landing, summoning an energy orb in his left hand before blasting it at Dante's chest at point-blank range.

As Locke came at Dante, he raised his fist above his head before slamming it into the ground. A large pike of light energy came aroun him, forming a pyramid. Dante was assured Locke would run himself into the massive attack. He then would reel back his right arm, a light orb forming before he would toss it to have the same effect of that last blow in his previous combo.

Locke slammed into the energy wall and was sent flying by Dante's punch, landing roughly on the ground a short ways away. He quickly got to his feet, the beat of his wings stirring up dust as he rose into the air. He gathered energy into his wings, the wind now being pushed off glowed in razor sharp yet ruler thin lines, and would cut deeply Dante if any connected.

Dante leapt to the side, avoiding the hit. He then found Ceberus that was near by and readied the weapon. He stood, angled to the side as he held the mourning star. He then tossed it forward, holding on to the third side. The other two extended and touched the ground making a line of icecicles, razor sharp. The end one pointed out ward and the rest straight up. It went infront of him and at Locke.

Locke was lightly cut by a few of the razor sharp icicles, but began using his lance to break them as they came. His eyes suddenly went blood red as the Dragoon stared at Dante. Like lightning, Locke shot forward and jumped lightly into the air, hovering chest level with Dante before thrusting his foot out, using his momentum to hopefully throw his opponent into the wall.

(Just got off Dead Rising with two of the survivors I was trying to save killed followed by myself by convicts with a heavy machine gun without being able to shoot them myself. So if I God-mod, its not on purpose, I just need to get out some anger.)
Dante was rammed into the wall, making a dent and some bricks falling to the ground. With Ceberus still gripped tightly, Dante then would swing up his mourning star to thwack Locke in the chin. He would then grab that end with his other hand and swing it back having the other end hit him a second time. He would continue back and forth between the two ends before holding onto the circle in the middle that connected the ends and violently throwing it upward and would hit the dragoon with all three ends.

Locke dodged the first strike but was hit by the second, his body moving to avoid the hits he could and grunted off those that connected. When Dante hit him with all three ends, he backflipped, landing heavily on his legs, his right knee up.
He stood and shook his head, a trickle of blood leaking from the corner of his mouth. His eyes burned blood red as he roared, charging forward as his lance began glowing a bright white.
Locke hurled the Dragoon Lance, the head shaped as a dragon head flanked by two wings. The lance flew straight towards Dante's chest, spinning lightly as it flew through the air.

Dante jumped above the lance, turning into Devil Trigger allowing him to jump higher. He got ready Beowulf as he placed Ceberus on his belt. Because of the weapon change his appearance did as well. Two small wings grew on his back and on his demonic legs and arms streaks of light ran through him.
Dante would land and then quickly run at the dragoon, then suddenly he would chrage forward, his fist trusting out as soon as he reached Locke. It would hit his jaw with more force and a kick from earlier. He would then switch back to Ceberus, the wings dissapearing and some shoulder pads grew having eyes on them. He would use the icicle attack, having ice shoot out from under Locke.
