Rua's eyes widened as the wind was knocked out of him. He was then sent flying through the air, higher and higher, until he actually slammed into some of the stonework that comprised the vented Colosseum roof. He bounced off of it and plummeted to the ground, falling to the ground painfully, bouncing once. He stayed there, unmoving, almost as if dead.
But then he surprised the crowds as he suddenly launched himself into the air, creating a small crater from the force of the launch. He spun around in air as light and dark energy gathered into his left hand, and he thrust it forward, launching another Sonic Boom at Blazen.

Blazen watched as the sonic boom erupted from Rua's hand. No later had Blazen gotten ready his attack in return. A large orb of fire formed between the two hands that were held before Blazen. The orb grew and grew as the Sonic Boom grew closer. However before the attack could make contact with Blazen, the orb was forced open by a massive amount of Black Fire, manipulated into a beam. The fire would swoop through the sonic boom, or fend it off. Either way, Blazen would remain at his post to be sure that maximum damage would hit Rua, with maximum speed.

(OOC: Wow, Blazen must be extremely fast to have countered that. >_>)
Rua's eyes widened in shock as the Black Fire beam managed to stop the Sonic Boom cold. Due to the distortion in light from the shockwave, the Black Fire seemed distorted, and Rua was unable to identify what was coming properly. As a result, the beam slammed into him and sent him across the battleground, leaving a large groove in the dirt in his wake.
Rua growled and dug in his feet, stopping the beam from pushing him back even further, holding the beam off with his shield.
"You may have that ebon fire," he growled challengingly, "But I've got this blazing power!"
Rua suddenly blasted forward, shoving the beam back with his left hand, ignoring the intense burning he could feel through his gauntlet, and reared his right hand back as it ignited in the bluish-white flames of Godhand. Altering the course of his flight path slightly, Rua shot over the beam of Black Fire, skimming the top, and thrust his fist forward at Blazen as he neared.

Blazen began to fall back slowly, drifting down. Blood came through the air above him as he fell. Though as it seemed he would fall downward to defeat. Blazen then suddenly righted himself. Fire literlly filled his pupals, showing something sparked. What seemed like Rua's certain defeat turned to Blazen's humilliation. For now, Rua was just an ant under the mercy of a boy holding a magnifying glass. Now the beam from the sun was about to pour upon the ant.
Two black swords grew in each of Blazen's hand. The flames danced as if they were caught in the wind. Blazen then shot himself at Rua, tp begin slashing Rua several times, both vertically and horozontally. Blazen then would pull them away and began stabbing Rua several more times, aimed mostly at joints. Blazen then would turn his back and flip backwards to send Rua doward to the ground hitting the back of his head.
As Rua would fall, Blazen molded his swords into one orb of black fire, blazing with power. Blazen aimed it at Rua, using one hand. The orb would shoot out a massive beam of barely controlled fire. It showed as Blazen's arm became engulfed with the fire. However the beam did not last forever.
Though Blazen's arm would still be covered with the rebellous fire, he would put it to use. Blazen would then fall, head first, using some heat to catch up with Rua as much as he could. Once Blazen got close, he would put his hand on Rua's chest. "Inferno Rage." He would say emotionlessly as the fire on his arm blew out to satisfy its urge to burn something. Blazen's sleeve on that arm would be gone once the fire left it. This may have been an edited version of the original idea, but Blazen figured some of it was unneccassary for a friendly fight.

Rua swore and blocked as many slashes and thrusts as he could with his shield, drawing a Phase Blade in the meanwhile. Before he could counter, however, he was struck by all of Blazen's attacks, and then consumed by the flames of Blazen's attack. He screamed as his form disappeared in the flames.
As a result, a very deep, darkened crater had been created. But quite quickly, a charred armored Rua blasted out of the hole, shooting across half the length of the battlefield, and turned towards Blazen as he came at him.
Time to fight fire with fire.
Rua thrust his hands out and gathered intense amounts of energy. Quickly an orb of azure energy formed in front of him, growing in size as it sucked in wind and energy, throwing off ripples of power.
"Let's see you survive this one! IMMORTAL FIRE!!!"
A massive beam of bluish-white plasma flame erupted from the orb, streaking towards Blazen.

Blazen spun into upright place when Rua readied his attack. Blazen aimed his fire engulfed arm, his palm was faced out hand turned to the side, then cupped. His other hand did the same, having them cometogether. The fire spread and grew on each of Blazen's arms. However the fire then began to gather in front of the hands and form another orb. Blazen grunted, hardly able to keep it from bursting before at full power.
A single drop of sweat came from Blazen finally, on him this was a sign of heavy fatquie or nervousness. Not just high however, extremely high, nearly unbearable. Because of his constant works with fire, he's used to the heat and it would take an extreme amount of stress to allow one beat of sweat to come forth. This showed as the orb was being stressful.
Let's see you survive this one! IMMORTAL FIRE!!!
Blazen heard these words and would have said the name, besides the attack name. Blazen just yelled as his orb was finally allowed to be set free, launching itself at the plasma beam. A clash of black and white would come about as a result. The sight would not only look poweful, but beutiful to those watching. A view to not be missed nor forgotten.

Rua growled in protest as the vengeful flame slammed into the Immortal Fire. Instantly he felt the shock and strain of the two colliding forces, and his eyes widened as he was suddenly being forced back, his armored feet cutting grooves in the dirt.
The crowd gasped in excitement and fear as the heat from the combined attacks was causing a heat mirage that shimmered on the protective energy barrier that prevented accidental deaths when fights got intense. The arena was quickly heating up as Rua and Blazen put their all into their attacks. As Rua was forced back, his beam of fire was slowly shimmering into white light, as if it were light liquefied. He was so confident that he had even things out then.
And then was dismayed to find that it was still not enough. He was still being forced back, albeit slowly, and he knew that Blazen had strength to spare. The folly of facing a god, he supposed.
Oh hell, this is gonna hurt.

Blazen strained for a moment, though seeing Rua fall back drew up his spirits like a raddish in a garden during harvest. Blazen smirked as his flames then began to eat away the fire that Rua controlled, turning the white to black. Soon enough the flames would collide with Rua, enough to finish the job. However Blazen would not stop continueing the flow of flames for several more moments, not out of hatred, anger, or to gloat. Just to be sure his powerful opponent was down.
Soon enough Blazen's flames would dissapear, and assured the battle was over, his hair and clothes would return to thier natural color. Another drop of sweat would then come as he slowly decended to the ground, panting. His legs would be spread and bent, keeping him up, and his body hung. He needed to relax and rest for now, not get excited and thing this wasn't over.

The flames struck Rua head-on, and expanded outward greatly, becoming an unholy maelstrom. His scream was lost in the roar of the flame as the black fire licked at the barrier, almost as if the attack was coating the entire end of the battlefield.
When the flames and smoke died down, the arena--was in ruins. The walls had been melted into slag that had blown out into a strange, flowing design that went well above the walls, curving along the length of the barrier. Sand had been turned to glass, which in turn had melted into the dirt.
Rua stood, his knees bent inward and his shoulders and head hung low. Even now, he refuse to fall immediately from an attack.
He took a single step.
Then another one.
And finally fell to his knees, his Dragon King armor bursting away in particles of azure and cobalt light, revealing the ravaged swordsman beneath, with all the burns and bruises he had suffered from the fiery onslaught. He quickly collapsed forward, sweat flung from his brow, as he fell unconscious into the dirt.

Blazen looked up to see Rua fall down to his knees. Blazen smirked. "Good....fight..." Blazen said before falling to his knees then to his hands. He panted still, refusing to fall, right now he needed to get some help for the both of them. Blazen pushed himself up and looked to the audience who not only cheered for Blazen's victory. Blazen grinned. "Hey!" He yelled to the audience. "Mind getting us some medical assitance....I can't feel my legs." He chuckled, keeping his humor even after nearly losing to a friend and someone he thought inferior.
Blazen never would have expected such power from a swordsmen, he didn't even think a swordsman was capable of such a thing. Blazen had an expectional new respect for Rua, more than one would expect from Blazen, even if they won. However still no one came out, apparently they had to carry themselves out. Not yet.
After Blazen's awesome fight with Rua, he got some rest to fight again. Blazen had gone back to his base form, keeping himself together. He was fine now, full health, fully rested and pumped for his next fight. Blazen stood in the same place as before, the dirt now sand once more and the walls repaireed. The crowd cheered his name as he awaited his next opponent.
Two thin of fire swirled around Blazen again, copying the show he did earlier. The flames spun and twirled and split getting more and more numerous. Finally they all stopped and blew up again, as a fire work display. However that wasn't the end. Two flames sprouted from his hands and he smirked raising them above his head then throwing them in opposite directions. The flames took shape, one as a phoenix and the other as a dragon. Both flew through the air roaring and calling. Finally both collided giving the biggest display Blazen had yet given.
Blazen grinned as he returned his gaze to the gate holding his opponent. Who it would be, would be a mystery, until uncovered. Blazen folded his arms and tapped his foot, impatiently, waiting and waiting for the gate to open.

"FYI, duck..." Ranxerd said to Orochimaru as he hit a button that caused explosives placed strategically in the stadium to explode causing destruction and havoc,"Hope you brought your oven mitts..."

Blazen's eyes widened to see everything suddenly blow up. People ran in panic only to be caught in another explotion. Death and blood plauged the air, ruble flew in nearly all directions. Blazen was forced to jump and dodge around the larger ones and punch through the smaller ones. He continued doing so before finally decideing to escape. Blazen planted a foot on one of the ruble that flew at him and jumped above it and continued up as if wall jumping. He flipped and turned to land on an edge of the colleseum, opposite of Ranxerd and Orochimaru. Blazen simply stared in awe at the destruction before him, we wasn't sure anyone survived or not, nor sure of the reason of this chaos.

"Like my fireworks, the boss said it'd make a nice distraction while he finished up, to think, the 'God of fire' can't even defend a stadium, pathetic..." Ranxerd said in a chiding tone.

Not so much later had Ranxerd make her mocking statment, had one of Blazen's firey fists appear to her left and be aimed at the side of her head, and would hit the temple. While he attacked, Blazen yelled in rage: "You were the cur to kill so many innocent! How could someone so low exist?! You are worse than scum!" Blazen's breath gave off a few embers that faded after flying in the sky.

(OOC: Um, Blazen? Ranxerd is a girl. >_>)
Alasea groaned as she shoved the rubble off of her body. What... just happened? she thought in confusion.
