Y'know, I just had a thought...
If most of these continents are pretty much just mirror-images of their real world counterparts, why not just keep the names as they are?
C'mon. Who doesn't want to wreak havoc on Tokyo, instead of some replacement town called "Okari", or something?

Cuz they're NOT mirror images. Sure, they'll feature the people and locations similar to their real-world counterparts, but the continent layout and shape are going to be different from the actual continent its based off of.

You know Flare, that is exactly what I thought when I first read that suggestion for a name. XD
Also, we could still simulate a kind of Godzilla rampage. Hey, he's been to Tokyo and New York, why not... ehhh... Minervum?

WAIT. NEW IDEA. If America becomes the main technological area I hope it'll be (Lots of machine type enemies 'n so-forth), it should be called Neo-Metallia. Just a thought.  |
