The berserking state of the Orc was kind of surprising to Necropheles, as he hadn't seen a creature raging that much before. The thing scooped up a board along the way and quickly swung a couple of blows at him. The first blow went straight on through his body, sending some bits of material streaming on through the air. Barely managing to get a connection between the severed pieces, the second blow hit in the same vague area. Concentration under such stress was difficult for Necropheles, but it was still theoretically possible. Possibly he would be able to turn Incorporeal, if he could manage it. His thinking was cut off soon, along with his head, as the board smashed into his neck area. Necropheles didn't need it to think after all, but the teeth inside had taken a while to accumulate. The head flew into a sewage drain in the alleyway, filling down between the grate. Pushing himself after it Necropheles hit the sewage cover. A fourth blow connected with his leg before he reached it, breaking it off around the knee area. Pushing himself down the sewage grate, a couple tentacles shot off, grabbing the head. The sewage tunnel was only a few feet wide, and went down nearly twenty feet to the ground beneath. Possibly he would have a second to recover and re-surface.

Drengr panted, as he collapsed to his knees. He had no idea whether or not the thing was dead, alive, or simply annoyed as hell. At this point of fatiuge he really didn't care either, he had put up a fight worthy of Valhalla. It wasn't his fault that some jello grew teeth one day. He looked towards the sewers, awaiting unconciousness, or perhaps being eaten by the thing.

Necropheles shifted his body to fit within the cramped space of the tunnel. Moisture and water was abundant throughought the sewers, and he could almost feel the water gnawing away at the back of his mind. Directly below the tunnel was ground at least, and the air was nice and moist. Taking in some of the moisture Necropheles assumed a healthy state once again, with a propper density. His stub of a leg split into two, along with his waist stretching out, clogging and grounding himself to the tunnel. His two arms shrunk back into his torso. Stretching his neck out like something out of a nightmare, he got it to a good long length of around four or so feet. Some green corrosive fluid began to bubble within his chest, supplied by the surrounding moisture. After he had a good gallon or so he began to push his accordian-like neck out of the tunnel. Soon after his head and neck popped out from the grate, like a worm from fresh dirt. The head at the top grinned fully at the Orc, then opened its maw and began to spew out all the acid at him.

The Orc passed into unconciousness as he saw the freaky head twist its way from the sewers, that thing really was the epitome of evil. He lay there, a savage snarl across his face, as the acid splashed across his, causing massive burns across his green body. If he lived the night, he would show off the scars and burns as a thing of pride in the days to come.

(Skipping ahead, yo)
***
It had been around twenty minutes or so. Necropheles hung there, by his feet, a hundred or so feet above concrete. He had done worse before with a fall, and could grab onto the tower, so he had no concern of falling. His clawed feet were merged at the sides of his legs, hanging onto the thick flag-pole. The pole itself was suspended sideways at the top of the tower. With his arms Necropheles hung onto the unconscient humanoid by the feet. He could have always fed off of the humanoid, but that would be an unworthy waste. Sure, he could gain much mass, but he could also feed off of anyone. The humanoid had proven that he was much stronger then average person and the strength could be put to good use.
The neck of Necropheles was elongated out, enough so that his head would be level with the head of the Orc. From the height it was almost impossible for them to be seen and would serve as a perfect negotiation point. Leaning over Necropheles brought his head around two feet away from the persons face. With a slight jerking motion, he headbashed the Orc in the face. It wasn't really a good morning slap, but it would do.

Drengr grunted as he felt some force collide with his face, and he shook his head a bit, and opened his eyes. He squirmed abit as he saw how high he was above the city, obviously this thing either wanted something from him, or just wanted to torture him. "What are we doing here?" He asked as calmly as he could, which was still pretty obviously worried, yet strong at the same time.

"We are here to bargain," Necropheles said, his speech best described as a zombie shreiking. The head drooped back over, twisting at an odd angle. Due to the long neck his face was level with the Orcs, upside down as well. "I need feed to live, as you humans eat, but you are not lowly to be eaten," he explained slowly, letting the humanoid wake up.

"So what am I for then?" Drengr asked slowly, "And I'm an Orc, not human." He dangled there, concealing his fear of being dropped at any moment. Anything thats had such a crappy day, and is dangled from the edge of a tall building is bound to feel some fear.

"Orc?" Necropheles asked outloud, wondering. This humanoid wasn't human then. That would explain alot, including the earlier battle. "I lost much myself during our fight," he explained, forcably reminding himself not to grin. People generally didn't like him grinning that close to their face, for one reason or another. "Feeding will restore me, which I need do first. If I meet someone I like, then they can wear me, then both are stronger," Necropheles said, drawing closer to the point of the little meeting.

"And you think I would be suitable for that?" Drengr asked, almost more curious than pissed off at the moment. To have this things strength and power on top of his would make him almost invincable, almost a technical beta.

Necropheles bobbed his head up and down, nodding the best he could with the strange neck. "You help me feed, and you wear me," Necropheles continued explaining," you also not un-wear me, unless both us agree. Is it deal?" Necropheles became silent immediately after, awaiting the Orcs response. If not, then he could always go to the ground and feed off the remains of the Orc, solving his feeding problem.

"Deal." Drengr stated clearly, this actually might turn out to be good for him. He had fought the thing, he knew how tough it was, their abilities would complement one anothers, and cover each others weaknessess. Of course he didn't see any weaknessess in the monster yet. Drengr hung there for another moment, waiting for the creature to do the bondng thing.

Necropheles's hands formed over the Orcs ankles, holding him firmly so he wouldn't suddely fall. Slowly the toes inched both of them across the flag pole, and moments later the top of the tower was beneath them. Holding onto the large Orc was tiring on Necropheles, and proving difficult. Once it was safe he let go of one of the Orcs legs to let him know, and then released the other leg. The drop was only like ten or so feet, and the humanoid would probably be able to turn upright in that amount of time. Necropheles quickly dropped right after, landing on the Orc. Over in the corner of the tower the bag of Mc.Donalds sat leaning against the wall.

Drengr managed to land on his feet, at least partially he still was quite injured. He collapsed as his feet made contact, and he slowly rose to his feet again with the thing on his back. A small grin came across his face as this started to remind him of 'Spiderman 3', but in a good kind of way. "Do it."

Necropheles climbed his way onto the Orcs back, and pushed all of his mass onto the shoulders. "Making bond may be uncomfortable," Necropheles warned, then melted his head away. All of the mass was on the Orcs back, and wrapped around the torso. Covering the body like some sort of wrap-around vest, material began to push up and down. The material began to drip downward around his waist, like wax in a way, revealing ripple marks farther up the material. After the legs were covered Necropheles concentrated on the torso part. He was somewhat low at the moment on mass, at nearly half of his normal size. The low amount of material made the bond difficult, as he could normally just pour himself over them quickly. The arms were quickly covered in the stuff as well, almost done. All of the material around the Orc began refining, constricting around the arms and legs. Extra bits of it pushed up around the large green neck, and a big ball of Necropheles formed on the back. The big ball rolled up the back of his neck, and then slowly began to pour around the head. "Hold your breath..." Necropheles warned the Orc, and waited. Once the Orc had held in a suitable amount of air he quickly pushed over the face. The Orc had a weird complexion, so the exaggerated shape of the Orcish teeth were still visible. A small trickle of him went down the Orcs mouth, crawling down the esophagus into the stomach. That would be necessary for the Orc to be fed Necropheles' biomass, and would allow him to not require food for long periods of time. The small trickle of it forked, and two strands went into the left and right lung. Upon reaching the breathing organs they forked once more, each passing molecularly into different air pockets. Some green spores were present in the lungs from earlier, so Necropheles quickly removed them. "You may breathe now" Necropheles said, then made a fine refinements on the outward appearance. A few portions of material also hardened into spikes, and lightly rested against his jugular and viens on his wrist. Once the bond was complete Necropheles felt smug, and excited. This would be perfect. "It is complete- but before we are up to full strength I must feed on someone. You may think to converse with me," Necropheles explained.
