Morph walked up the plank that led to the gigantic majestic ship. It was even decorated with a red carpet, though it had gone a little dirty after so many people walking over it. Quite a bunch followed after him to the ship. They prolly wanted to get to the other side of the ocean as well. Morph leaned against the railing and sighed. The view was pretty good, and it wasn't too noisy, though there were a lot of people around, but most had gone inside the ship immediately anyways.

Rua swore as he tried to move through the seething mass of humanity.
"God, I hate crowds," he muttered.

He stretched himself out. "God, I got to get myself some excitement." He thought out loud, sighing.

Rua spotted Morph and heard his statement, so he approached him.
"Well, perhaps we could spar on the boat. Or maybe piss off the guards and have some real fun."
He held out his hand. "I'm Rua. Rua Dragonheart," he introduced himself.

Morph looked at the newcomer and listened to his introduction. "Morph." He stated his own name. "Master of the obvious." He grinned.

Rua laughed. "A shapeshifter, huh?" he asked.

Morph chuckled. "Yeah. I guess the name is just a little too obvious."

"Just a little," Rua agreed. As the boat set off once everyone was on board, he went over to the guardrail.
"At least the waves sound the same," he said.

"Hehe, yeah." Morph agreed. "They went through quite a lot of trouble to make it all be so realistic." He smiled. "Still, it stays a virtual world, and you don't really die when your HP drops down to zero!" He snickered.

"That's a relief," Rua replied, still looking out over the ocean, "It wasn't all like that before, you know."

"Oh?" He was surprised to hear that remark. "How's that?" He asked with a slight frown.

"I was one of the beta testers," Rua replied, "And because of an accident, where I lost my memory, everything was so real that I thought it was real life."
Rua laughed and stood up. "Had to have plenty of therapy after that, that's for sure," he continued, "Though at least this time I know that if I die here, I don't stay dead."

Morph smiled. "That's a lot better, isn't it?" He said, looking out over the sea. "You know..." He started, "I was also in the Beta test. It was a really crazy time back then." He shook his head, though with a little grin showing on his face.

"Really? From what I heard, there was talk of shutting the Epsilon Project (ooc: heh) down after that fiasco of a beta test. Seemed like everyone got screwed over in it," Rua said. "I was kinda surprised when Ymaggion was released."

"Yeah, I have to admit I was surprised as well..." Morph agreed. "Seems there were a bunch of NPCs that somehow got [Free Will]™ and started to wreak havoc." He hung his head, a little sad. "But! Everything's alright again, isn't it?!"
