This thread is for an alphabetical listing of any Draconic creatures you can possibly encounter in Ymaggion. If you wish for this list to be expanded, go suggest a creature in the Creature Suggestion thread.
EggDrake
Looks like a Dragon's egg where only the legs, tail and wings are portruding from the egg. Since it's barely hatched, it is a weak dragon and good hunting for beginners.
Drakeling
A young dragon barely the size of a man but larger than a child. Cannot fly high and can spit fireballs over short distances.
Drake
A full-grown Drake (small draconic creature that looks a bit like a feline/canine). Can summon fire around it and shoot a large stream of flame.
Before you read onwards, you must understand the difference between dragons, wyrms, and winged serpents.
Winged serpents are like snakes, but with wings, and are only slightly smaller when fully grown.
Wyverns are a lot bigger, and can be ridden like a horse, with their body being as thick and sturdy as one, and aside from wings, they also have one pair of legs.
Dragons are the biggest of all, and can grow to the size of a house, perhaps bigger. Most of them aren't that big, though, they grow slowly over the years. Dragons have wings and a pair of legs, as well as a pair of arms/another pair of legs.
Winged Serpents and Dragons usually don't have a specific element, unlike Wyverns, aside from Ice Dragons, which live in Antarctica and actually are more a kind of elementals.
Dragons also tend to live in places that are hard to reach for man, whilst Winged Serpents and Wyverns live in areas closer to civilization.
Black Dragon
Black Dragons are the most lethal kind of dragons. They are very stealthy creatures for a dragon, and skilled at using dark magic, and can breathe Gouka or normal fire. It's fire can reach to up to 79 feet (24 meters), and can become extremely hot, melting armour and rock alike. It's horns, claws and spikes on it's back are either black or bronzish coloured, depending on their age. If the dragon is older than 100 years, they are black. Black Dragons tend to live underground in caves and such, and may come out at night to hunt and wreak havoc and spread carnage. Some have said they have also spotted some of these dragons in the Netherworld.
Blue Dragons
The Blue Dragon is the only kind of dragon not capable of breathing fire, instead spouting jets of water, and also the only kind of dragon that may live underwater, though above-water is preferred, still, as they don't have gills. They do love to be in the water however, and find most of their prey there. They are the largest kind of dragon, weighing up to six tons, and their flexible skin is quite resistant to magic, though easier to pierce than most other dragons' skins. Their bodily fluids are also rather poisonous.
Green Dragon
The Green Dragon is one of the smaller, more agile and swift dragons. It tends to live in the fields or near or in forests, sometimes making it's nest in the giant Rumbletrunk tree. It's canine teeth may develop to become long and thin, yet strong, and become venomous, and possibly lethal to anything smaller than a horse. It's fire tends to be an emerald or copper-like green, and a burst of fire from it's mouth is usually arrow-shaped. It's favourite prey is cattle, though wild animals are also on it's menu.
Red Dragon
Red Dragons live in, on or near vulcanic or other really hot areas. Their thick, sturdy, and nearly unpiercable skin, from which several golden coloured spikes come out on some points, enables them to swim through lava and magma. It often breathes small puffs of fire and smoke through it's nostrils in a mushroom-like shape. This kind of dragon is the most aggressive of all dragons, and very territorial.
White Dragon
White Dragons usually live in the Far North around the Peak, or in the Everfrost areas. Quite a few have also been seen in the Core. They are the only kind of dragon appearing in cold areas, aside from mentioned Ice Dragons, but those cannot really be counted as being actual dragons. They breathe a white-blueish flame, and are a medium-sized kind of dragons, weighing between two and three tons averagely for grown-up ones.
Wyrm
A Wyrm, also known as a Winged Serpent, often appears in forests, just like most snakes. This includes rainforests. They cannot fly, unlike most other draconians, but can glide through the air because of their wings. Their bite is quite venomous and can have varying effects, depending on their kind and colour. Red ones' venom usually destroys tissue like acid, green ones' acts like poison that invades the blood circulation and slowly drains one's health, and yellow ones' stun.
Wyvern
A Wyvern is a two-legged, two-winged, draconic creature. They usually have a specific element asociated with them, and they can be ridden like a horse. They prefer to live in the fields or hills, sometimes near lakes. They dislike mountains.
