THE BASICSName: Ereshkigal Type: Vortex Range: To Initiate Ereshkigal the user must be within 10 feet of his target but no closer than 5. Element:Darkness OTHER INFOCharacter Link: <put character name here>Rank of Character:Gamma Rank of Technique:Beta Origin of the Technique:This idea of this technique came to Aurem the first time he entered Darkness Embrace(do I have to register this as well?) WHAT REALLY MATTERS Mana Drain: This technique drains all of Aurum's remaining mana, also it takes him out of Darkness Embrace How to Perform: To activate Ereshkigal, Aurum must enter darkness embrace. While in this state he can activate Ereshkigal at any time on anything. Effects:Ereshkigal creates a rotating field of dark energy all around his target. The dark energy pulls from all sides, not only holding his enemy still but ripping weaker enemies to pieces. When the technique is broken or canceled Aurum exits darkness embrace and loses all his mana for 2 to 3 days. Pros: Ereshkigal holds Aurums enemies completely still so unless someone else aids the victim of Ereshkigal there is no escape. Cons: If Ereshkigal is broken Aurum is completely helpless, devoid of mana and right next to his opponent. RP EXAMPLE:

- An RP example is needed for this. - There is no way this is a Beta attack, this is an obvious Alpha level attack.

I am actually okay with this technique. Allow me to elucidate.
The range is hardly five feet, killing those in this small diameter, sure, but it also can be dogded. A Beta leveled technique you've created on the other hand travels at speeds beyond this one, takes less energy than this one, and hits within 30 yards (That's 90 feet, or 18 times the range of this one) And that technique leaves the enemies nearly dead.
The cons of this technique are also extremely high. Not only could it only be used once per thread, but it would also completely remove the ability to fight for the rest of the thread.
It is a dodgable attack that would take out one, maybe two, enemies. It has very harsh effects on the caster himself, and it would take some time to be allowed to cast considering another transformation must be entered before even beginning to cast this technique.
A roleplaying sample would still be appreciated nonetheless.

As Ribs said, just add an RP example so that we can see how it is executed and I think it'll be fine.
