Real- Life Character Name: N/A
Ymaggion Character Name: Doragon
Alias: The Secret of the Dragon Tribe
Age: Unknown
Gender: Tamaran programmed to be male; rest depends on pilot’s gender
Nationality: Unknown
Rank: Beta
Strengths/Weaknesses: Being a Super-A.I. Mechanoid, Doragon has immense strength and speed, along with a massive, tough frame. Doragon has a running speed of up to 350 kilometers an hour, and has the potential to reach speeds of Mach 1 while in flight. However, due to its size, Doragon naturally cannot enter buildings and the like as a humanoid can. Other than the Crystalis Aura, Doragon cannot produce any magical effects. There is also no additional equipment for Doragon to wield.
Clothing/Armor: As a giant Mechanoid, Doragon has no need for clothing, and its frame acts as armor.
Physical Appearance: Doragon is a Mechanoid, a gigantic robot in the form of a humanoid warrior. Weighing in at 143.2 tons, Doragon’s frame has a height of 25.3 meters, and is made of a Seamless Monocoque construction. The legs are sinuous and sleek, with a cobalt stripe running down the length of the lower leg area, and ending in rounded black feet, and topped with angular, cobalt-colored skirt armor in the rear section and over the groin area, with cylindrical thrusters mounted on the hips. The arms are narrow but sturdy, colored mostly cobalt and ending with black humanoid hands, and topped with thicker, oval-shaped plates around the shoulders. Tamaran’s claws are folded back along the underside of the forearms, attached to a hinge on the wrist. The chest is adorned with Tamaran’s head, fitted to be facing forward with his mouth partially open, and with the dark gray horns aligned over Doragon’s collar. The head has a smooth, humanoid face of gray with yellow-lensed optical units for eyes, crowned with a round helmet-like head that has a pair of cooling vents fit in besides the cheeks, and crowned a pentagon-shaped Ao-Gem set into the forehead.
Doragon’s pilot is within Tamaran’s head, within a chamber of bright white light. The pilot’s movements are mirrored by Doragon. Holographic display HUDs appear in front of the pilot when communicating and targeting enemies. This chamber can be entered and exited from Tamaran’s mouth, but this chamber is not normally seen normally.
Personality: Doragon has no set personality: Doragon is not sentient, but pilotable. As such, the pilot’s personality serves as Doragon’s conscience. Also, despite being under the control of the pilot, Tamaran is still active in this form and can communicate through his usual growls, snarls, and roars.
Equipment:
Ao-Gem The Ao-Gem serves as Doragon’s power source, and produces the Crystalis Aura. It powers its O-Drive engine. It is located on Doragon’s forehead, above the eyes.
D-Armament – Doragon’s armor frame is the D-Armament, a special armor system made of a Seamless Monocoque construction, which serves as Doragon’s primary defense.
Pure C-Power Barrier System – Doragon’s barrier system is within the entire frame of his metal body, and is used as a dampening device to protect against impacts from attacks.
Claw – Tamaran’s claws are joined together and set on hinges on Doragon’s wrists. They can be swung back into place to be used as melee striking weapons in battle.
Miscellaneous Items: N/A
Elemental Affinity: None
Special Abilities: Doragon has two major and important functions. The first is the production of the Crystalis Aura, used to weaken and negate divine energy and the beings who wield it. This aura is issued usually through the mouth, and is mainly used to create a Crystalis Flame Tornado as a temporary protective barrier, as well as make the wrist-mounted claws lethal weapons against divine enemies. Its second function is Hyper Fusion, in which it combines with the three Dragon Spirits, GaiaDraken, AquaDraken, and SkyDraken. The result of Hyper Fusion forms a Super Mechanoid, KishouDoragon, the Drake of Braves. Using waist-mounted O-Impulse Drive thrusters, Doragon is capable of achieving flight, and is extremely maneuverable in the air.
Transformations:
Hyper Fusion – Through the process of Hyper Fusion, Doragon can synch the power of the Ao-Gem with that of GaiaDraken, AquaDraken, and SkyDraken, and unite into a more powerful humanoid robot, the Super Mechanoid KishouDoragon. Doragon takes to the air and begins issuing the Crystalis Aura from Tamaran’s mouth, while spinning rapidly to form a Crystalis Flame Sphere. This tornado is thick and able to repel nearby enemies away, granting Doragon a chance to complete Hyper Fusion. Enemies, after recovering from the initial shock, may attempt to penetrate and attack if things go wrong during the sequence.
Within the C.F. Sphere, Doragon floats in the middle as the three Dragon Spirits penetrate the Tornado and fly around the Mechanoid as Doragon’s lower torso rotates around in a half-circle. GaiaDraken and AquaDraken split in the middle, each forming two halves. The lower halves open up and travel up over Doragon’s inverted legs and latch on within the hollow interiors, GaiaDraken on the right leg and AquaDraken on the left, while the tail folds up over the stomach and the tip angles out into a spiked knee cap, while the hind legs fold down into talons, as well as a third middle talon that lows in between the lowered legs, completing the foot. The upper halves of GaiaDraken and AquaDraken proceed to join after the lower halves while Doragon’s arms extend out for docking, with GaiaDraken being inserted over the right arm and AquaDraken over the left, with Doragon’s shoulder units unloosing and angling upwards into larger shoulder armor. The farthest panel on GaiaDraken and AquaDraken angle with the shoulders and connect to them, while larger hand units emerge as the head units of the two Dragon Spirits retract back over the cockpits, forming bracers on the forearms. Finally, SkyDraken proceeds next, approaching upwards from behind and latching onto the back torso by gripping the collar area with the forelegs and the waist with the back legs. The head unit retracts into the back of the unit, and finally places a helmet, shaped two flat horns protruding upwards in the middle of the sides, a crown plate that tapers into a point while curved back in the front, two large cooling vents on either side of the faceplate covering the mouth, over Doragon’s head, as the Ao-Gem emerges in the middle of the helmet’s forehead, which glows briefly with its symbol.
As the C.F. Tornado disperses upon the completion of Hyper Fusion, the Super Mechanoid declares its name as KishouDoragon to all within the vicinity.
Techniques:
1. Crystalis Aura
2. Crystalis Claw
Super Techniques: N/A
Battle Style: As Doragon is under the control of the pilot, Doragon takes on the pilot’s melee fighting style. To attack, it can wield Tamaran’s claws, which can be infused with the Crystalis Aura to cause major damage to the enemy. Doragon can also dock with SkyDraken for high speed flight and maneuverability.
Companions: Doragon’s companions are whoever the pilot’s companions are. It is possible for Tamaran to respond when in the vicinity of one of his companions.
History: Doragon is the pilotable form of Tamaran, an Ao-Gem-driven Brave Robot.
During the past, unrecorded ages of Genesis’s time, the Dragon Tribes spanned the earth. During one day, a rift opened and jettisoned a strange, glowing piece of glass. The Dragons found this and extracted great amounts of knowledge from its shimmering depths. It taught them how to initiate the Binding, and the creation of Ao-Gems, the mysterious gemstones capable of powering machinery and giving a brutal edge over the gods. However, they also found blueprints to a strange, transformational and animalistic machine that is capable of sentience, and powered by an energy-channeling crystal. They went about creating such a robot of their own, made in their own image, powered by the Ao-Gem. The result was the birth of the Space Mechanical Dragon, Tamaran. With the ability to join with a humanoid to become a powerful Mechanoid, and the ability to wield the power of the unreal against the gods, Tamaran was a valuable asset to the Dragon Tribes. Hidden from the eyes of the powers that be, Tamaran was known as the Secret of the Dragon Tribe.
Shortly after the creation of Tamaran, a prophecy was spoken, a prophecy of the Final Rise, where three Dragon Spirits would join with the Mecha Dragon and form the Drake of Braves, who would slay the Dark Goddess of the Ice Dragons and free the Dragon Tribes of their curse. Eventually, Tamaran was put in stasis in the icy depths beneath Antarctica, where it slept. Eventually, Sheena, the Dark Goddess of the Ice Dragons, was freed by NightShade, and she settled on the frozen continent, urging the Dragon Tribes, led by the Dragon King, to assault her forces in endless combat. After Electra’s defeat, the surviving heroes of Genesis made their way to the continent to defeat Sheena in combat. This event began the Final Rise, and the beginning of prophecy. The heroes had a collective dream where the voice of the slain Dragon King, Bahamut, spoke to them of the power of the unreal. Upon waking up, the heroes went to battle. R.D., harboring the soul of Sheena, engaged in a ferocious battle against the Dark Goddess, only to be defeated and blasted into the cold oceans. A massive amount of Dragons were killed, sealed beneath ice with mortal wounds.
Beneath the sea, R.D.’s consciousness came in contact with Tamaran’s, who sensed Bahamut’s presence within him. Tamaran decided to aid R.D. in his battle, and gathered him in his jaws before emerging from the seas and assaulting Sheena directly. A vicious battle ensued, which quickly revealed the return of R.D., now instilled with the knowledge of Fusion after coming in contact with Tamaran’s Ao-Gem. R.D. called upon the Ao-Gem’s power and had Tamaran unleash the Crystalis Aura against Sheena, and then initiated Fusion, forming Doragon. As Doragon, R.D. and Tamaran began decimating Sheena’s forces, only to be quickly trapped and pinned, allowing Sheena to move in for a kill. Prophecy became reality as within the heads of everyone, Bahamut’s voice spoke to them once again, declaring that the power of the unreal would be the downfall of the power of the divine. The dying Dragons performed the Binding with each other, forming three dragon-shaped vehicles: the Dragon Spirits of GaiaDraken, AquaDraken, and SkyDraken. The Dragon Spirits broke the bindings on Doragon and formed a protective shield, allowing Doragon to avoid destruction.
With the Dragon Spirits created and flying around Doragon, the prophecy of the Final Rise was fulfilled as R.D. initiated Hyper Fusion, joining Tamaran with the Dragon Spirits to form the Super Mechanoid, the Drake of Braves, KishouDoragon. Wielding the full power of the Crystalis, KishouDoragon utterly decimated Sheena, resulting in the defeat of another of the Beasts of the Dark Apocalypse. Tamaran allied himself with R.D., and with the Hartnetts in tow, R.D. and Tamaran went on their separate ways while the heroes of light and the Dragon Tribes traveled to Japan to bring forth the Black Mountain’s forces. Tamaran grew an affinity for the three people able to channel the Ao-Gem’s power naturally: R.D., Matt Willard, and Ileyna Telamon. Numerous times Tamaran would aid R.D. and company against the evils in Genesis and beyond. One notable time was when R.D. had been defeated by Re-Tuul, and Omega was extracted from Lumiya. Under the control of Daemonus, R.D. was made into a weapon with Omega, and pitted against both hero and enemy. Matt initated Fusion and Hyper Fusion to become KishouDoragon, and was pitted in a battle against R.D.. Remembering earlier words of how he would rather die than become an instrument to evil, Matt battled against Omega, ultimately destroying the Super Mechanoid and removing a barely-living R.D. from its depths, freeing him from Daemonus’ grasp.
The next most notable event is during R.D.’s final battle against Re-Tuul, in the floating City of White Metal. R.D. eventually called upon Tamaran to battle against the Khaglessi Patriarch, initiating Fusion and Hyper Fusion to become KishouDoragon as Re-Tuul initiated Destroyer Fusion using an Orb of Infinity. In a titanic showdown, Re-Tuul dominated KishouDoragon, smashing the Drake of Braves through the City before R.D., overcome with rage and at the insistence of his slain sister, unleashed the full power of the Ao-Gem and viciously tore Re-Tuul apart while declaring R.D.’s vengeance, allowing R.D. to finally and permanently vanquish Re-Tuul by destroying the Orb of Infinity and his body within a death netherworld.
As the battles waged on, the Secret of the Dragon Tribe proved to be a valuable asset to the heroes with its ability to negate divine power, making it the most dangerous weapon against the likes of NightShade, Kuro, and Ziatoch. When the Beta Test concluded, the Staff were baffled at Tamaran’s existence, having never programmed such a beast within the game. They studied the anomaly while hiding the Dragon Spirits: GaiaDraken buried beneath the foliage of the Rakutan Forest, AquaDraken entombed within the Sea Temple, and SkyDraken hidden amongst the crags of the Heights. Eventually, Tamaran was hidden within an old, reclaimed citadel in the lands beyond the Great Wall.
RP Example: He felt like he was floating, serene as the power of the Crystalis washed over him. R.D. knew now what he had to do.
I’ll worry no more. No matter who my enemy is… I am the wielder of Lumiya, and this is the proof of my courage.
“Tamaran!!!”
Light flickered in darkness, taking the form of a winged beast taking flight. Tamaran reared his head back and unleashed a terrible roar, a bright azure wave of light emanating from his back as thrusters activated and took him through the cold air. R.D. brought his left hand forward, high in the air, and synched his power with Tamaran.
”Fusion!”
He flipped over end as the energy encompassed him, and Tamaran was there, snapping sharp jaws down on the light, swallowing R.D. whole. He rose into the air as Fusion initiated, and Tamaran’s head and tail blade disengaged, separating from the neck and tail. Legs rotated and snapped straight into place, armor shifting and causing armored feet to swing into place. The portions of armor that made Tamaran’s stomach shifted at the front and the back, and the mecha dragon’s forelegs snapped together into one appendage, simultaneously with the hind legs. Various inner workings locked together to bring the arms into place, and Tamaran’s talons folded back as metallic hands emerged in their place. The armor portions above the arms shifted into place, locking over the upper arms as the entire arm units were molded back into the body.
Tamaran’s tail blade swooped in and split, settling into the gap left in the chest as the body reconfigured. Tamaran’s head followed immediately afterwards, settling snugly into the gap with Tamaran’s face forward. A metallic head, humanoid in appearance and fitted with a smooth helmet rose up instantly as Tamaran’s head settled into the chest, and yellow eyes shone on a sleek human face, framed by cooling vents on either side of the helmet. The Ao-Gem glowed in its forehead. The Mechanoid swung its left arm out to the side and back, bringing it up to face level, clenching its fist as the Crystalis blazed from it. With R.D.’s voice as its own, he cried out his name for all to hear.
“Doragon!!!”
The pilot, R.D., with the power of the mysterious Ao-Gem at his command, has successfully performed Fusion with Tamaran, the true secret of the Dragon Tribe. With the power of the Crystalis at his command, he has evolved into the new ultimate hero, Doragon.
The Mechanoid soared through the air, his fist leading the way to end the battle against the Ice Dragons.
Extra: Only a being capable of generating Ao-Gem energy naturally, or a being linked to an Ao-Gem, can pilot Doragon. When piloting Doragon, the pilot will respond to both his/her own name, and the name Doragon, as they are essentially one being now.
