R.D. moved off to the left, clutching the pistol in both hands as he fired, taking out more of the closer enemies coming out of nearby stores. The battle went on for another ten minutes, but soon enough, there were litters of bodies strewn across the floor of the mall.
"Well," R.D. said, gingerly wading through it all, careful not to step in any blood or brains, "This place is gonna smell in the next few days."

"Not if I can help it," Damian said throwing aside his weapon. "When we have all we can carry from this place and have done a couple of runs to get supplies, I'm burning this entire place to the ground. I don't want anything living in here.
John nodded in agreement, but Tora spoke up, "A little much don't you think, kid?"
Damian spun around and narrowed his eyes at Tora, with a cold look and firm words he spoke, "It was careless mistakes that led to our capture in the first place. I'll say it again and again, I won't risk any chances on this. Now, spread out and mark the stores that we could get good materials from. Meet back here in a half an hour, and we'll bring the truck into the mall so we can load things up easily. All clear?'
Tora and John nodded, and Damian turned to look at R.D., waiting for his reply.

R.D., however, had not stuck around for the conversation. Instead, he had just entered a shoe store.
"I dunno about you guys," he called back, "But I am all for getting some decent clothing. I'm sick of this gray crap they made us wear."
After some rummaging, R.D. emerged with a box between his arms, and he headed off in another direction, aiming for a clothing store across the way. "We should raid the cash registers too, while we're at it," he suggested, "The shoe store had a decent cache. We could use the funding if we have to order any crap."

Damian's eyes narrowed even further, but he spoke calmly nonetheless, "Very well, anything you'd like to add, Jordan?"

"Not really, we should check out the hunting store though, might be some decent items there," Jordan said as he walked over and saw a store, specifically Hollister, "Haven't seen this sign since I was a wee lad."
He proceeded to try on numerous outfits before deciding on a pair of stone-colored cargo shorts that fell below his knees, with a dark green T-shirt and a studded belt; he also raided journey's to pick up a pair of Chuck Taylor's and a pair of Puma Voltaics, for combat. He made a special effort to raid the cash at both, netting around $50, 000 dollars.

One by one, the stores were raided of what seemed to be generally useful things. From money to food, it was soon piled and sorted. Damian quickly found R.D. when the end seemed in sight, "Shall we move the truck in now, R.D.?"

Stuff was flung haphazardly from the storage room in this particular store as R.D. continued searching for... something. "Well," R.D. called out of the room to Damian, "I suppose so. If you can find a way in without blasting the doors out or something. You said yourself you don't want the attract attention.
More objects were scattered out of the doorway.
"Hello," he suddenly said, "What have we here? Jeez. Shades of Pulp Fiction, much?"
R.D. suddenly strode out of the doorway, dressed in his new clothes. White cargo pants and a black t-shirt, with another black and white button-up shirt depicting dragons on it worn over it. Black sneakers adorned his feet, while fingerless black biker gloves covered his hands. A nice-looking silver arrowhead with a black V in it hung from around his neck, and some garish, red-colored pointed sunglasses were worn on his face, the pointed ends extending inches from his face.
He was grinning, and holding a sheathed katana he had found, hidden on a high shelf. He slung the corded sheathe around his back, so he could draw the weapon from behind him if he so desired. "Alright then, just need to raid the register and we can start loading things up."

"Door is already open," Damian said, fondly remembering the mess of melted metal and destroyed concrete he had left creating a sizable entrance into the mall. Turning away to leave the store, he said, "Oh and, R.D.. You look ridiculous. I honestly feel like I'm speaking with someone who's IQ is in the negatives." Damian exited the store and gave a quick nod to John to bring the truck into the center of the mall.

"You just fail to see my awesomeness!" R.D. replied with a shake of his fist at the retreating Damian.
"Now, to find any clues on where those Europeans had plans," he said to himself after raiding the cash register, exiting the store and heading up to the upper level through the use of a broken-down escalator. On the second level, he wandered a bit until he found a staff room for the overall head honchos for the mall. Kicking open the door, he found scattered pieces of military equipment.
"Cool."
Moments later, he was rifling through stuff. Every once in a while, he'd lay a paper aside, making a disorderly pile. However, other than the papers, there was nothing useful. Within minutes he was back down at the first floor, watching as John backed the truck into the mall. He frowned as he looked at the melted entrance.

(BD... Safari blows)
Tora walked slowly through the mall, two huge packages strapped to his back while he carried two even larger crates in both hands. Silently he moved to the truck and easily hefted both of the crates into the back of the truck. A couple more trips and soon the truck was full and sagging under the weight. The truck was pulled out by John without another word, and Damian orchestrated the piling of more items ready for the truck to pick up on return. Soon what seemed to be needed for comfortable lifestyle at Sanguix was accumulated.
Damian appeared from the shadows behind R.D., "We're nearly done here, is there anything we missed?" Damian didn't really care for constantly needing to request R.D.'s opinion on matters, but he was just trying to please his sister at this point. Perhaps that would change later, but for now he was just happy to be moving.

"The military's conference room was upstairs," he said, not looking back at Riul's younger and more violent brother. "I grabbed the papers that we should check out back at Sanguix, but other than that there's nothing else important up there."
"So, how many more trips before we're finished looting this place?" he asked, looking back over his shoulders at Damian. "We still need to empty the clothing stores and the like, since we need to clothe everybody."

Jordan made his way out to the truck, "You know, there's hundreds of cars out there, anyone who can hotwire, or find keys and match them up should grab them so we don't look suspicious on the highway with eighty people in the back of one truck. Makes some tasks a lot easier to have multiple vehicles too."
He walked out to the VIP valet parking section of the lot and revealed the keys to a Porsche 911 that he promptly got it and revved the engine, "Dude left a full tank of gas."
Jordan paused for a minute, "You know, we should siphon some fuel out of some cars we don't need too."

(Let's see how much of a post I can squeeze in before I leave my Grandparent's house. Oh and, FYI, BD, there wouldn't be too many cars there... especially civilian ones due to the mall was probably shut off so the military could use it)
"Well as I recall," Damian said, "there are nineteen Alphas, fourty-seven Betas, sixty-one Gammas, sixty-five Deltas, and only fourty or so Epsilons and Zetas put together. They were the largest casualities on our side. So in terms of clothing, I'd say we could probably just clean out stores. If we did it right, maybe grabbed another truck, we could get done in ten or so trips depending on efficiency. Not everyone is staying, so we can keep the clothing for most relatively simple if they're just going to leap back into the world and get jobs and such, don't you think?"

"That's the idea," R.D. said, nodding. He raised his voice slightly while motioning for people to pile into the vehicle. "Let's go, people!"

"Whatever, but i'm not giving this up for a damn thing," Jordan said as he sat back in the car and relaxed in the seat, "Haven't had comfort like this in 6 years."
