Jordan looked ahead at the NYC streets,"Ah damnit, first stop is in Queens..."
He gunned his engine at the stoplight, and he rather quickly took off towards the proper area of the city.

Taking his moment to think, Ven finally picked up his phone again, dialing to the Nintendo admin currently in the lobby, waiting for her to pick up...he already had a new character in mind, so if he could get access to the equipment necessary, it wouldn't take him long to jump into the game.

(OOC: I already mentioned that Sarah's cell phone's battery is drained; she's using a Hospital phone.)

At the other end of Sarah's line a female employee for the company answered the line for all public calls, "Ymaggion gaming and business affairs main office. Remember, we are not liable for lack of focus or sleep deprivation you or your child may be expiriencing. Please state your business."

The phone continued to ring...and ring....and ring....
"Right, she said her phone was dead....and he expects me to distract 000 like this...." the teenager hung up his phone, and jumped out of bed. He discarded the teal hospital gown and reached for his clothes the nurse put on the counter, folded up in a nice pile. He got dressed quickly, they hadn't had time to wash his clothes yet, so a blood stain and a bullet hole were present near his heart. He stroked the rim of the small hole for a minute, then proceeded to tie his shoes, run out the door at the highest speed his current body state would allow, and plan a straight course for the lobby.

"Yes, this is Sarah Whittaker, Nintendo Administrator for Ymaggion," Sarah identified herself, "This is regarding the investigation into Program 000. Can you re-route me to the appropriate office?"

The woman barely stifled a snort at this remark. Sarah Whittaker? Like hell... the employee thought. "I'm sorry, but Ymaggion is a very busy corporation, and we don't appreciate random people impersonating others, especially poor attempts. Good day." he employee closed off the line, feeling very smug with herself.

Sarah's eye twitched. They did not just do that. They did not--wait, was that Ven? Yes it was. Fully dressed in the same clothing he'd been shot in. And he was running--sort of.
Her eye twitched again. He shouldn't be out of bed.
"Ven!" she snapped, startling the attendant and hopefully Ven as well.

"Uh-huh, that's my name." Ven stumbled somewhat , butgathered himself before Sarah.
"Right, so...this whole situation is confusing me, honestly...but regardless, Kite apparently thinks Arumon is in the NYC bounderies of Ymaggion and he asked us-the administrators, I mean- to stall him until he can pinpoint the exact location...." Van stopped for a moment to catch his train of thought, his mind getting fuzzy the more he talked. "Right, I have no idea how he expects me to help, but I at least really need to request that we get some game hardware up to my room ALOT sooner than in the morning."

Sarah put her hands on her hips as Ven approached her. She listened to what he said briefly, then, with a disapproving look, said, "You can hardly help stall Arumon by endangering yourself by going outside. You're still injured, and we don't need you risking your life by aggravating your wound!"
There were sounds of footsteps rushing down the hall; someone had finally noticed that Ven was up and out of bed. "The doctors are back, looks like," she commented, motioning towards the group. "Get back in bed. Your stuff should be here by tomorrow morning. In the meantime, I'll try and stall Arumon."
As the doctors came up to them, Sarah picked up the phone again and began dialing. "First I just need to call the company and yell at that damn broad for disconnecting me."

"Right then...I do expect the game tomorrow morning though.....if the docs don't kill me for running out like that." The teenager sighed, turning to the doctors, all of them having very aggitated looks on their faces, as if they were about to kill the kid.
(Skip to second day, or is there more that needs to be done?)

John returned the next day, shadows under his eyes. He entered the room as it was just finishing being setup for gameplay. The doctors were not pleased about this, but their will could only go so far with enough money and a near seven foot tall man in the area. As for himself, John had been up most of the night taking care of things with the law; one thing always led to another making his night extend more and more. Finally though, after spending most of the night, sleeping a small bit, then spending what was the current day on the same affairs, John had finally managed to wrap things up. As the two men who had been setting up the equipment finished and left, John spoke to Ven, "Looks like you've got everything set up reasonably well. The news is going to be broadcasting your "death" today, and criminal investigations have been notified as well of the situation. Have you come up with a way to mask your presence in the system yet?"

"I already have a new character in my head ready to set up whenever I log on. I'll contact you administrators after I go through the in-game tutorial. Since we're in the hospital, my IP address should also be different. So, game-wise, I'll be a completely different person."

Jordan walked into the hospital room with quite a bit of stubble on his face and some coffee breath,"I looked all night. I couldn't find anything other than an adress for the guy who shot you's character...it's interesting...he's within a block of my house."
