@morph: Okay, could you at least give me this: we put all but two "destroy all" attacks on restriction. Meaning that I can only use them if A: it is vital to the plot that I (attempt to) use the attack, or B: I have your permission. You know Kuro, Morphy. He doesn't ever use those attacks because he wants the world for himself. If he uses one of those then his kingdom is gone.
Though with a little regret, I accept this COA. However, if you ever mean to have Kuro use one of the attacks, I would like to know beforehand, and that you wait for permission, please. Secondly, I think I should compare him to several villains in video games for it to become better known. For instance, Sephiroth is capable of summoning Meteor to destroy just about the entire galaxy, yet he doesn't because it will probably kill him as well. Besides, any person capable of destroying the earth probably won't do it because there wouldn't be a place left for him or her to live, and thus, he or she would die. Hence why such a technique is always used as a last resort. What say you, you agree or do you not? EDIT: Also, I must add, I think it is best that Kuro needs to take quite a bit of time to charge up energy for a Super Tech, and that if he is hit by a Tech at that time, the energy is lost. That seems a lot more fair.

Not quite, mi amigo, you forgot a bit. Also, I must add, I think it is best that Kuro needs to take quite a bit of time to charge up energy for a Super Tech, and that if he is hit by a Tech at that time, the energy is lost. That seems a lot more fair.

Just realized something.
Aren't characters limited to five Super Techs as it is? Cuz Kuro has a lot more than that. >_>

Uhm...I kinda figured I'd just do that while RPing with him. I mean, I never specified that my other characters are unable to finish a technique (that they have to power-up for) if they're attacked in the process of powering-up, I just commit the action when RPing. So, just because the fact that he loses the charge when attacked is not in the file with the technique doesn't mean that he doesn't lose the charge when attacked.

I kinda took away the limits. >.>
Also, I took the liberty of including the little part with Kuro's Super Techniques, because, well, if it's not in there, no-one will notice when he doesn't stick to his nature. >.>
